Firebirds Wood Fired Grill, St Charles MO

I loved this place and did a couple big dinners and a company outing.

Then we tried happy hour, and the bar was covered in flies and trash. The counter was visible sticky with a film. We canceled our food and left.

Definitely the best dirty martini I’ve ever had with a lot of good specials on happy hour! Love the atmosphere and the service was excellent! Also the crème brulée cheesecake is a MUST! Will be coming back!

I enjoyed the whole experience! My server Melvin was awesome! He made us feel like regulars! Melvin was by far…one the best severs we’ve ever had!

Antonio was a great server. He was very accommodating to the special needs of my high maintenance friends. We will definitely be coming back the next time we are in the area!

Melvin was awesome and very courteous. He made sure I was well taken care of. Please recognize him for his great customer service skills.

Reservations are suggested and the optional seating wasn't as comfortable. The food, however, was excellent.

Had the most wonderful meal at Firebirds tonight. Antonio was attentive and anticipated our drink needs before even asking. Spectacular service and an incredible meal. Can’t wait to return!

Came out to celebrate with of 12 The put three tables together and then tell you that proper accommodation eliminating three spots then make you uncomfortable. Someone here didn’t graduate in math. Trying to put a four peg in a round hole. No more money from this family. Very unwilling to accommodate you as a paying Customer. Also to away the Server tip.

Great old fashioned.food was top notch! Suggestion for management - BRING BACK THE MEAT LOAF!

Made a 7pm reservation. They moved us to 730pm. We didn't sit down to about 750pm. Not a huge deal but almost an hour past our original reservation. Our server was great! I got the aged ribeye. It was pretty good. Cooked just how I asked! If I had to rate the steak overall I'd say a 7 out of 10. Was tasty but not the best steak I've had. Drinks were phenomenal. Definitely get the lobster queso!

Much to be desired

This used to be a favorite place of my husband and I, especially for special occasions but the food quality and overall restaurant has really gone downhill over the past few years. From changes in the menu to cleanliness and service at the restaurant, it's become a disappointment and we no longer are interested in patronizing Firebird's (which makes me sad).

We have eaten at this Firebirds in St Charles three times. The first time we had a wonderful experience, great food, and service. However the other two times are steaks were not cooked correctly and then took 30 mins to correct them. They had no favor and we were not offered any discount. In addition it took 15-20 mins to get service and only refilled our drink once. We will not be returning. Over priced and horrible customer service.

The BBQ bacon burger was one of the best I have ever had. Great atmosphere here and outside dining. Service was a bit slow because the place was busy.
