My order I placed in advance was not made (no fault of the staff, the person taking the order didn't do it right). The employees quickly called their supervisor and got it straightened out and had my catering order ready in 15 minutes.

Very very very very slow. Wasn't very busy. Hook and Ladder still very good. Don't sleep on the Chilli. Please bring back the the selection of hot sauces.

Excellent subs that are prepared with care. And their gluten-free bun is one of the best! Doesn't texture like typical dry hard gluten-free bread. Hook and Ladder.great sub! Service was really good across the board from the order to pickup. Impressive experience. Will be back again.

If you want to sit for 20 minutes or longer waiting on a sandwich while listening to everyone who works here talk about their life drama then this is the place for you. Consistently takes 20 minutes to get a simple sandwhich when if you go to any of the other locations around here it's 5-10 minutes max without any of the childish drama.

Order 4 subs for take out and 3 where made wrong.
Order no onions and they loaded that sandwich up, the other 2 were just completely wrong.
Been there a couple times and this wasn't the first time they fouled up.
We will just go to Subway from now on.

I want to start off by saying that everything tasted good but the portion sizes were terrible for the price. Way too much bread and a severe lack of meat. Even with ordering extra roast beef. Honestly, pretty lackluster.

The manager has no clue how to manage employees and therefore there is high turnover in their employees, poor management makes for sandwiches that change every time you go. He refuses to stand up for his good employees over those who are disruptive or do things to purposely destruct customer satisfaction. Employees are regularly heard using profanity, smoking at or near the front and rear doors.

I went to the restroom and came back out. Went to the counter to ask if they called my name for my order, was totally ignored and then one of the employees said what? And I asked if they called my name for my order, they walk away not saying anything. The price is way to much for this type of customer service. Messed up orders. I tipped twice. Round up for the fire department and a additional tip.

Terrible. It was dirty, someone was working without gloves and they were cross contaminating the vegetables with the meat. Someone was laughing and sprayed the food with spit. Another worker swore around us without a care in the world. I won’t take one bite. Another thing, one of the male MANGERS Was inappropriately watching my fiancé the entire time we were waiting for our food. In the end I tried calling them and the same manager that was watching my fiancé answered, said he would give the refund, then I explained more of what happened and he changed his mind and said corporate won’t allow them to give refunds without them seeing the food in person. Sadly I live 20 minutes away and I’m not about to drive all the way back over there, and I had already thrown it away. The manager Basically called me a liar on the phone when I told him what we saw. Super disrespectful. I’m very very disappointed in this place. I would not recommend at all. Terrible service In that location. Definitely should’ve looked up the reviews before we went over. 0 stars.

I went into firehouse today. Please note: I’ve worked at firehouse before and know how everything is made and what to expect when I bite into my sandwich. I asked for banana peppers and mushrooms to be added (and paid extra for these two things). When I got there, my sandwich was not made yet even though I paid online. The time was set incorrectly, so that was my fault. Fine. Well the lady working did not put banana peppers or mushrooms on my sandwich, either. I went back into the building and asked for them to just put them on the side. I was already late to work, but the lady insisted she put them on the sandwich and would only give me more if I brought my sandwich back in. This is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was late so I said whatever and just left. There was one banana pepper on my sandwich and a few mushrooms. I paid $1 more for these to be added to my sandwich and they easily could have given me extra without making a big deal out of it. Since they wouldnt do this, I will not be returning to this location.

Probably the WORST dining experience of my entire life. Walked in.first thing we hear is a lady YELLING at the employees ANSWER THE PHONE! We order our food and maybe 2 minutes after we paid, the same lady goes running into the back room, not the bathroom, and is uncontrollably vomiting. Then comes back out to the counter and continues making food and made one of the other employees go clean up her vomit. She yelled at every single employee for something, told one of them she was going to slap them and throw up on them. The other lady, I assume was the manager on duty, complained the entire time about having to work so many days in a row and everyone making mistakes. Finally after 30 minutes, our food was ready. But wait, it wasn’t our food. One of the sandwiches was for a guy that had been waiting for an hour for his food. All the employees argued about who’s fault it was for a good 10 minutes before I got my actual order. Food was sub par. I’ve always liked Firehouse but never will I ever ever return to this location.

Very slow service, woman taking our order had her hand up her shirt scratching her stomach the entire time, didn't call our name when order was done so we were waiting while our food just sat, staff were chatting instead of taking care of customers or paying attention.

When I started to order the girl behind the counter said “ I’m on a break! Then she laughed. Waited 25 minutes for my food. Several customers came into order while I waited and employees were very rude. One of the employees told a customer “ we don’t have time to make that order something else”
As customer left the restaurant the employees made fun of them and laughed about how the customers looked “. Stay away from this place!

My food was great. But the service and bad energy from a worker was not it. All I did was ask a question about where something was at and got a rude remark. No worker should make a customer feel like that.
