Firehouse Subs Tesson Ferry reviews
15The sandwich I got was amazing but my salad, it looked fine last night but when I got it out to finish it for lunch like some people do if they don't mix the dressing in fully. And some of the cheese has gone moldy. That's gross and means the cheese they put in it yesterday was going bad. So thanks a lot.
I placed an online order on a snowy day. I arrived to pick it up and they appeared to have closed early. I called them later, they swore they were open, calling me a liar. I contacted the corporate web site to complain. The franchise owner called me. He backed his manager. And put my name in the free sandwich book.
This location is full of rude employees. Ignored upon arrival. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged.
The food was a step up above any other chain sandwich shop just like it always is with firehouse! But the employees at this one made it a fantastic experience all the way around. The girl that took our order was new and being trained. She was very invested in making sure our order was correct. The lady that was training her was the best part of the visit and was refreshing to witness compared to other places I have been. You could tell she was really good at her job and actually enjoyed doing it. She took her time and explained everything to her employee without talking down to her or being condescending. I will drive out of the way if need be to come to this specific location in the future if needed without a doubt im sure anyone else is going to have the same experience we did
Awesome food, my first time getting food there, my sister bought me lunch there, I loved the sandwich a fire house sub, very delicious!
I asked for no onions I absolutely hate onions gave me 2 sandwiches with onions, wont come back
I order from there at least once a week. Great sandwiches and excellent chili. I like that I can have wheat bread for my sandwich.
Staff was friendly, energetic, busy. FOOD is excellent served in a nice container was displayed attractively ENJOYED my lunch
Veggie sub was really good! I didn’t see it on the menu but when I asked, they said indeed they did make a veggie sub. Added mushrooms + everything on it. My only regret is that I got the 8” instead of the 12”:)
Apart from that, there was a nice indoor atmosphere. They have all this cool old fire station equipment and photos and art that I really appreciated while waiting for my sub to be made. Everyone behind the counter was wearing masks properly.
Edit: went back for another and it was just as good!
Called ahead for order. Told 20 minutes. Arrived at 20 minutes paid.
After many orders were handed out before me and it was 30 minutes I asked about my order. They lost it! Didn’t have the order at all! I had to hand them the receipt they gave me at check out. Then they proceeded to complete 4 other orders and I asked where is my order?
They had made others before me! I couldn’t believe it! I had to say make my order it was been 40 minutes!
Manager there didn’t tell workers to make my sandwiches or say sorry!
Don’t go to the firehouse ever!
Delicious food. Turkey bacon ranch was amazing. Fresh turkey and soft warm wheat bread. Little slow service, but sandwiches were packed well and made with obvious care. Man working the drink fountain was very nice.
What's my first time here. I will definitely be going back to Jude was great the service is great in the people were very friendly.
Great food and a percentage of your meal total goes towards funding for firefighters safety equipment.
My first time here and loved it wife took our kids here once before and they really enjoyed it. So this will now be our place to go when we do our COSTCO shopping and stop by and get something to take home.
