Firehouse Subs Triangle Crossing, Liberty MO

I go there for their Firehouse meatball sub occasional. Love it! The people are always friendly and the wait is never long. These guys hustle!

This is the second time I’ve gone to this location I don’t know if they are in a hurry, but it was not busy, and they could never seem to get my order, correct.

Very poor leadership. Terrible customer service. Does not take responsibility for mistakes or apologize, ever.

I like Firehouse Subs. The one in Lawrence has gotten to the point where it sucks, so I was SO very thankful that this one is run well. The people are very nice. My food came out hot. I had zero issues coming here. I think the owner of this location needs to go to the Lawrence Kansas store and whip that place into shape, so everyone in Lawrence can have a good experience again.

Very clean, very friendly establishment, i usually go to a different firehouse. I will start coming to this location it is so much better than the location thats closer to me. The employees were very professional and courteous. I can't say enough good things about this location.

Enjoyed a good sub sandwich and got the meatball sub for my husband. They were both so good and had lots of substance to them. The staff was busy but took the time to answer some questions I had. They got my dinner order ready and to me in a timely manner. I also left with a pickle bucket to use at home as my bucket I had for 2 years finally split. Great for group ordering as they have such good menu items.

It was ok but more bread and lettuce than meat. I make better at home. Great people and service.

This location has always been awesome. I recently had a gastric bypass and my husband really wanted Firehouse. They were really good at working with my dietary restrictions, even though I'm sure it was annoying and a huge deviation from how they normally make the sandwiches. Thank you so much.

I placed a large lunch online order for 11 people. When I arrived the staff asked me who I was picking up for. They told me they were working on my order and would have it ready quickly. Not only was the food great, service was spectacular! Super organized and efficient even at the busiest of times! 5 stars and two thumbs up!

Firehouse hero sub was well fire. Service was very good as well. Welcomed by the staff when we walked in the door and thanked by as we walked out. Very clean too! Definitely will be back

Best subs I've had in a long time. The engineer is my favourite. The potato soup is delicious also, and I love the pickle they include.
