Great guys. They have always been there for me whenever one of my vehicles has a problem. I recommend them!

I recently had to take my car to Firestone for inspections to register my new car. Everyone is really friendly here and the service was fast. If you need a Firestone, I highly recommend the Kirkwood location.

They are a great local, family run repair shop. They really care about customer service and do high-quality work. They really stand behind what they do and do it in a friendly way.

Had a car issue right before they closed. No other auto shops in the area were still open. The mechanics looked the car over for me and gave me an understanding of the issue. Thank you

We use Firestone for all our car service. They work with us on repair issues and tires. A knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Went to get a flat fixed. They couldn't, took it to combs tire and auto on big bend the next day, they fixed it in less than an hour. Firestone needs to get better repair technicians. They were all nice and polite, just didnt get the job done

Tire didn't even last two weeks and popped, they say nothing they can do about it I have to buy a new one

The guys here are AMAZING! They actually probably saved me from having a horrible wreck or worse. Another tire place, in another city, didn't torque down the lug nuts on my tires and they were about to fall off. I live in Texas and had a 24 hours drive ahead of me. Ryan and his staff treated me and my son like we were part of their family and made sure we got back on the road safely. I have a special place in my heart for St/ Louis now.

Went to four other places they gave me song and bus Firestone said sure we will have it done asap! 2nd time around I will not go anywhere else.

I have always had great experiences here - the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and does not make taking your car in feel dreadful. I bring in two cars for work and my own car as well, I have had a great experience with every car. I usually have at least one child in tow and we always sit and wait, we never have an issue. We have even moved away from Kirkwood and I still continue to bring my car here. I brought my car in last week for an emergency oil change before I was heading out of town and they squeezed me in, no problem. I greatly appreciate how effortless they make bringing your car into the shop.

Great manager named Ryan! Took the time to thoroughly explain issues, and prioritize required repairs. Professional and fairly priced. Will be my GO-TO auto repair shop.

I gave Kirkwood Firestone 5 STARS because:

1) Have been to other auto repair places, who I will not mention, who basically drained my wallet, provided poor maintenance and didn't have my best interest in mind.
2) I own a Ford Escape 2011 with 81K miles. I have been with Kirkwood and Manchester Firestone for about 5 to 6 years. From the start 5 or 6 years ago my car runs excellent ALL the time, doesn't smoke, doing preventive maintenance AS NEEDED. Some of the times could not immediately afford the fix. But Firestone keep me well informed as to how long I had before it would get $$$.

3) When maintenance had to be done in the past they have gave me the greatest discount via coupon, Veteran or Firestone Cc.

4) In the past 5 to 6 years in doing business with Firestone have had only 1 dispute with work done. I brought it up to the Firestone representative and my particular maintenance issue they reduced the price to a fair amount. Note: This was a "RARE" instance!

5) Have had nothing but excellent, friendly service with well informed Firestone representatives and my Ford Escape runs like a top. I would like to invite you to consider checking them out and your car maintenance needs done by Firestone.

Went in on an emergency walk in basis and got great quick service. Reasonable prices and quality product makes it an excellent experience.

Had the car inspected. Perfectly good German suspension parts replaced with inferior after market parts and charged me $850.00
