I went in to get my tires aligned after installing new tie-rod ends. I asked them to grease the tie-rod ends as we'd ran out of grease.
They called me in, told me to my face that those tie-rod ends were greased (spoiler, they were not and I had to do it myself anyways).
They then presented me a list of repairs (pictured below) totaling $1,002 that were ENTIRELY UNECESSARY! My car didn't even have a code, and I'd changed and/or checked all my fluids. I doubt that they even looked under the hood as they would've seen full reservoirs, fresh fluids, and new ignition parts.
They took me for a fool and presented a bogus repair list without asking me ANYTHING about the work I'd done to the car.
On top of that, my car's steering immediately after my alignment now makes a popping noise when I reverse and brake, and go forward and brake. They said they'll diagnose the issue for $10. THESE CLOWNS are the issue.

I'd recommend the location on West Sunshine Street. They seem more trustworthy.

Nice staff, I do feel like they tightened my wheels on a lil too tight. But if so it’s ok I loosened them since then. Overall good, will do exactly what you ask online to do. Kinda of pricey.

This has been the worst oil change I’ve ever had. It took 3.5 hours with no warning so I just waited the whole time in the waiting room. Then they lost the paper stating what else I needed done even though I paid an extra $21 for it. They didn’t bother telling me. They had me pay and tried to send me on my way without it.

They are professionals in auto care. They are very expensive. They offered to change a small $8 light bulb over my license plate for $45! It's the labor cost. However, they are though!

Took vehicle to have a tire patched on a snowy slow day. Of course it isn’t repairable so they try to tell me I need to replace all 4 tires when the other 3 have plenty of tread and nothing wrong with them. I said absolutely not just the one. I pick it up after it took them 3 hours to change one tire on a slow day and go to pay and they've added hazard insurance without even asking so I have that taken off. I get out on the road and the new $260 tire wasn’t even aired up properly had 28 psi and should’ve been 35. Scammers, I won’t be back.

Prompt friendly service. We were two hours away from home and couldn’t get a rental and was stranded. They worked us in and got us back on the road.

Called the day before to make an appointment, they said I didn't need one. Got there when it said they would be open and an hour after they were supposed to be open and they were closed.

Staffing issues at this location and poor customer service. Sent the wife to drive our over an hour there for tires and a quick servicing before our trip this weekend only to have them try to get her to cancel our appointment when she was half way there. Our appointment was made in advance. They said it was going to take them seven hours to do a oil change and put on four tires because (1) our service was a three hour job and (2) they were four hours behind this morning due to a mechanic not showing up. This is not the first time this has occurred when we have attempted to take vehicles this location (i.e. Cancel on use because they arent going to be able to complete the jobs they scheduled). It's truly disheartening as when we lived in Springfield, this was our sole servicing center for our vehicles. I suggest taking your vehicles to another location or business where you can rely on and plan your day around the appointment.

Very unprofessional and unorganized place. Went in for an oil change that my car lot paid for and they overfill my oil by almost 2 quarts, I checked it after 6 days to let the oil work through my car, if I hadn't this could've RUINED my engine. This is the reason I change my own oil, if something is done wrong it's on me. But apparently who I spoke to was the one who double-checked my dip stick so I explained in detail what I did to check it, now I have to drain part of the oil out of my car. They offered to do another free oil change for the inconvenience but I am not taking my car back to them for them to possibly do it again and just waste oil. This is my first time going here and I'll never go again, they didn't stop arguing with me over the amount of pills in my car until I said my father that works on cars also checked it and told me how to drain it. I have a very long car ride I. A week and I have to fix my car because they didn't care if they messed up my car or not. Engine's are an EXPENSIVE fix.

Made an appointment 3 hours ahead of time, over the phone and then get there early for them to tell us that we don’t have an appointment. I know for a fact that it was this location because we called the other 2 Firestones first. We are from out of town and trying to get an oil change and keep moving and this was super inconvenient for them to mess up.

Firestone met our expectations and exceeded them. After the online portal was not working, we gave them a call for our emergency and got an appointment same day. We will return to this location.

Tried this place once and never coming here again. I had one simple job to be done and they charged me for additional inspections that I never asked for or authorized. When I got the receipt from the job, I later saw in the description a message to the mechanic that reworded a request of mine to be completely out of context and then mocked me for it. In addition they tried to rope me in for $2,000 for simple repairs that only cost me a few hundred with another reputable repair shop. Avoid this place at all costs.

I made an appointment at 1pm to get my tires changed, and when I dropped it off they told me it would be done by 3, which worked perfectly because I had to get back to the hospital by 4 so that I could give my premie baby her first bath. I waited until 3: 30 and went in and asked if it was close to done just for them to tell me that they just pulled it in and it would be another hour. I ended up sitting there until 5. So I missed out on being able to help with my daughter. I wish I could say that this was the first time this happened. A couple months back I took my car in to get a ball joint changed and an oil change. My appointment was at 10am, I dropped my car off at 9. At 2pm I called because I hadn’t heard anything just to find out that they were just then pulling my car in and they would call me back. It wasn’t done until 6: 30pm. Completely ridiculous and defeats the entire purpose of making an appointment. I’m extremely upset that I missed out on my daughters bath, and if they would have at least told me that it would take them 4 hours instead of 2 then I could have been there.

I bought tires online and had them delivered to this location because they are an authorized installer. Jamie at the front desk was not overly polite either on the phone or in person. I had to reschedule my appointment because the tires were not delivered on time. The tires were delivered on Monday VIA Fed-ex with my name specifically on the box. They had to search for them when I arrived at my appointment. It took them 2 hours to install 4 new tires. When my car was finished, there was sealant all over the outer wall of my tires and on the rims.
I specifically asked for them to look at why my exhaust was rattling. The response from them, “ we weren’t able to see the exhaust”. There is a protective cover that they didn’t want to drop to see it. As I am driving my car after, I notice it pulls to the right pretty badly. It wasn’t doing this before the tires were replaced. I’m thinking I need an alignment. I take it to check tire pressure first and three of the tires are only filled to 28psi. The front right tire is 23psi. I aired all of the tires up to 34 because it is colder outside and I hate for my sensors to go off every time I drive. Low an behold my car is no longer pulling to the right. After this experience I am surprised that my lug nuts are even tight or that the tires are all facing the same direction. If you need your tires replaced I would recommend the other Firestone location further north on Glenstone. This one doesn’t have a clue!

I had made an appointment a few days ago for 8 AM went into the shop yesterday for an oil change. A gentleman with fair skin and red hair with glasses told me that my appointment was not in the system and that he was the only person there till 10 and everybody was for that he was working on stuff. However when I told him that I needed to go out of town within the next hour he told me not to worry he would get everything taken care of. He asked if I needed anything else made sure all my questions were asked. I definitely applaud him because the phones were ringing off the hook, he had about six cars he was doing things with, and customers coming in. Thank you ginger man!
