Firestone Complete Auto Care, Liberty MO

Scheduled somewhere else just due to time with work but wanted to leave a positive review for a male employee I spoke with today around 5 pm. He was so polite and professional! I feel like it’s rare to get treated so kindly so I wanted to put that out there

Came in for an oil change and a state inspection. They found 3 things "wrong" causing it to fail inspection and quoted nearly $2000 to fix it in order to pass inspection. Partly my fault as I should have done more research on a trustworthy mechanic to get my car inspection done at. I found a mechanic recommended by some family and friends for a second opinion. He found one of the 3 things Firestone did but said it wasn't bad enough to fail inspection. Passed my inspection without fixing anything and he quoted me only $450 to fix the problem when I have time. It's frustrating that Firestone would try to take advantage of the system in this way!

So I’ve been going to this place for 5+ years and never any issues. After I got home from a service I noticed damage on the hood of my car. I called up the store and after talking about the damage and they hung up on me mid conversation. I took it back up to this location and after and they told me it looked like I drove my car on a gravel road through rocks. These are very deep paint chips and no dents to suggest “rocks” or “hail” I knew for a fact my car did not look like this prior to getting my tires done and these are very deep paint chips. After talking to customer service and a claims rep after almost a month of waiting for a response they told me there was nothing they could do. Take detailed pictures of your car with dates before coming here. Will never be going back to Firestone again sadly.

Went in for a wheel alignment and they did a great job quickly within 15 minutes or so. Really cool employees as well.

Staff was very friendly. The technician that worked on my truck was knowledgeable and completed my service in a timely manner with my satisfaction.

I would like to give a shout-out to Tyler. He was fantastic! I was able to get in and out quickly. He was also knowledgeable on what I needed and helped me understand what was going on with my tires. I watched him man the desk, help customers and take phone calls simultaneously. He was warm and kind with everyone and willing to help. I would highly recommend using this Firestone if you’re experiencing any car issues.

My wife took her 4runner in to get the previous oil change, when I was getting ready to do the next change, I noticed that one of the bolts of the skid plate was almost completely out. Called firestone to have them check it because they were the last ones to do the oil change, and the only way to get to the oil filter is to remove the skid plate. Turned out the bolt was cross-threaded and they had to re-tap it. Not a big deal, but to leave it the way it was is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. These vehicles aren't cheap, and too see the little care that was taken is no acceptable. The mechanic responsible is named Josh something. Probably thought that we wouldn't ever find out. Only reason this got two stars is because some of the employees there are actually helpful. Don't think I can trust this Firestone anymore.

Awesome service.was out in 30 minutes after sitting at Ford all day yesterday and they did absolutely nothing! I highly recommend Firestone. Thankyou.

So last time I got a whole set of tires at the Firestone in Liberty, MO along with other work. I asked if they could replace my full size spare with the best of my old tires. They said "sure, no problem". I even checked on my spare and it seemed ok. Well now months later and I have a shredded tire on the way to work. I go to pull out my spare tire and see at the top, as far from view as possible, was a large hole in the spare. I knew none of my old tires had this, so apparently Firestone didn't do what they said they would and hoped I didn't notice or remember. My other work has held up fine, but don't plan on returning here ever!

The service & quickness were outstanding! The price quoted & the price charged had a $40 increase & nothing extra was performed. The man that quoted the price was not present when we paid for our tires.

Chris went above and beyond his duties. We had to purchase new tires, and he didn't try, at all, to upsell us on anything.
Great service, kept us in the loop as things were progressing. Just a good experience to solve our issues.

It is never fun to have to spend money on your car maintenance but this place has my complete trust and has taken great care of my vehicles for years.

I come for a car inspection and yes they check everything the only thing I was a little upset was the price they wanted to charge me 650.00 to replace my lower ball joint but I took it to where I brought it and they did it for 220.00 I didn't have that kind of money on hand but their employees were great

Trying to stick it to car owners? A nice front desk lady, but they tried charging my 87 yr old father twice the worth of his car to fix some perhaps unnecessary stuff. He was confused and very willing to pay.
We junked it!

These five star reviews are clearly bought and fake. Spend $1,000 on tires here and try to get in for rotation or Tire repair.this place is a joke. Management is literally non-existent

Thought I was in trouble from a screw in my tire on a Sunday. Called Firestone around 11, they immediately got my info, and set up an appointment. I was in at 11: 15 and out by 11: 40. So happy with the speedy service! Thanks guys:)
