I got four new tires and a repair done in a timely manner! The person I spoke with on the phone is friendly.
Had brake work done at this location and it was to fix another locations mess up. They somehow made my brakes worse and the head technician lied to me saying my brakes were fine. I showed him video proof that they were making a lot of noise and they definitely didn't feel right at all. He test drove and came back and said they were fine and making no noise at all. Again video proof that everytime I stepped on the pedal it sounded like a siren going off. Had to take it to a local shop and they told me to never go back to this location again. I'd stay away from all Firestone branches. Seems like none of them care.
Make promises that can not be met. Techs are good guys but have seen them there multiple time until 8pm at night still working. Wrong. Poor management.
