13We found ourselves without A/C in the middle of our vacation to Gulf Shores and this location was the closest. Thank goodness we found them! They had AMAZING customer service, and truly worked to help get us cooler! They over delivered on their timeline and really made us feel heard by attempting to use better parts since our last repair to the A/C was not that long ago. They even recommended a rental car from Enterprise which was also matched with an excellent experience!
We always use this location for all of our tire needs. We have always found them very competitively priced and have always been able to obtain service in a very timely manner.
Had the Ac looked at, the staff was friendly. I only wish they would explain what was done before saying, here, sign this to pay, I had to ask.
I came in for a safety and emissions inspection. During the safety inspection the tech found a broken strut. The entire crew worked incredibly hard to get it fixed so I could have it back to make it to work the next day safely (and with up to date license plates). One of the best experiences I’ve had at a car shop. Highly recommend this location.
Came in for oil change and brake check which was taken caren of in great time. I mentioned i needed emissions test and they made a way to make that happen for me too so i didnt have to come back again. Great customer service! I have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be one.
They were supposed to recalibrate my wheels after tire rotation. Did not work. Second time this has happened. I don't have time to run back and forth. Will go elsewhere.
Had an appt a couple days out and when an opening became available they got me in and out right away. Now my car is all set and I'm worry free. Thank you!
Jennifer is by far the most helpful employee I have encountered. She didn't lie to me or hide any charges, like some people tend to do.
The team, even while being short staffed some days always makes time or tries to get you in and out on the same day if possible!
Deceptive Business Practices! Avoid if possible! I WAS a customer for the last 10 years but none of our cars will ever be back. I got a quote from them on 2/13 over the phone for replacing a starter on a 2015 ram 1500. I had priced the part on the internet the night before and the starter is available all over the place for $90-$160. So when the quoted me $280 to replace it, that made sense based on what I saw (and I assumed they could get parts cheaper than me). I took it in for repairs.
This is when the deception begins. They had me sign on the credit card processor. (small plastic screen) It was an "authorization to do the work". No $$ were ever discussed. They never told me it was actually going to be $619. If they had. I would not have done the work because I had another place MUCH cheaper than $619. They showed me a receipt where it my signature is next to the estimated price to make it look like 1) I was aware they changed the price from $280 to $619 and 2) I authorized the work AT THAT PRICE. Which I did not, nor would have. I will get my $330 back. And the fact that they are willing to give up a recurring customer over the last 10 years, with 3 cars to be serviced, all over $330 should tell you all you need to know about them.
Update #1. I just looked at the receipt. When they called and told me it was $619.that was also deception. Between that call and the drive up, they add $22.44 for "Shop supplies"? More deceptive business practices. So it wasn't $619, it was $641.and that didn't include tax, which then made it $672.47. You can't trust these people.
Nick listened to my description of the problem and figured out what was happening. And he got my car fixed up a full day before it was estimated to be ready!
$580 to replace a cable and battery. Firestone price matched and gave a refund on the difference. The service and the work done on the vehicle was very good and the customer service reacted very quickly and kept us notified and communicated with any updates.
Made four separate appointments for various issues. ALL four appointments were cancelled because one technician didn’t show up for work that day. I can understand one time, but four times with the same excuse? SMH
