The customer service was very excellent and the gentleman that waited on me was very helpful, and he explained everything that was being done on my vehicle. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment for service.

While driving down the highway the cover under my car became LOOSE! It's dragging on the ground making a loud noise every where I go because your crew could not make sure to safely secure my car! You placed me in danger and could have caused great damage to my car. I will be there at 7am as soon as you open to get this corrected. I just moved to this area and wanted to try you all out as a place to bring my car. I'm very disappointed, unhappy and unsatisfied.

Terrible! The most unreliable business! Scheduled an oil change online days ago, arrived at the store this morning for my 8am appointment to find that they had cancelled my appointment with NO phone, NO courtesy! The last time I had an appointment there it was also a fiasco (the manager didn't show up to open the store so all the employees and customers were waiting outside in the parking lot for over an hour!). I figured after the last mishap I would give them a second chance - big mistake! Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else.

It was nice experience. Staff there were so prompt. Greg gave me a quick service without appointment as I needed. Overall very good service.

Pretty disappointed about my last visit. Had our Honda Civic towed to the shop. It wasn't running and so the tech looked it over quickly but didn't do any testing (fortunately they didn't charge me). Then told me it was probably a major engine issue and suggested I bring it to a dealership. They are supposed to be complete auto care, so they should have been able to tell me what was wrong, even if it cost me a diagnostic fee.

They took 7 hours to replace and balance 4 tires. Never even balanced them. Called back to see when they could finish and they claim not to be able to finish unless appointment is booked early in the day. Useless and unreliable. Do not go here.

Everyone seemed laid back. Made an appointment early in the day to have enough time for the service to be done. Gave slack and waited patiently all the way up till 6: 00 PM. Nothing was worked on. Unfortunate.

This is the spot to go. I had an appointment for drop off, they called me with updates during my procedure and called me when they were finished. It was a painless pleasure to come here.

Made an appointment, took my car in at 4pm, was told they would call me in the morning and at the latest 10am to give me an update. 1pm and I still haven’t heard anything so I call and they tell me they can not work on my car because it has a breathalyzer. Even tho the night before the person working assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. Every other shop has had no problem working on my car with it. They had my car for 21 hours and who knows when they ever were going to let me know that they weren’t going to work on it… wasted my time.

So I bought the life-time wheel alignment package, no issues the first time at a different location.
Came to this location and left my car, got a call after an hour, Came to find out the car was not aligned cause apparently the tie rod ends were swollen is what they claimed. Fun fact, I used to work on cars and the guy who walked In with me a veteran mechanic who was amazed at the quote for replacement.
Marked the price of the parts by 200%, let's not even discuss the labor.
Now for the best part, my car was parked at the door of the store, all their docks and parking lot was full. They just had more paying customers so they decided to not work on my car and give me a story that took them 1 hour to play it cool with.
Gonna get my car checked for the claimed issue and might file a lawsuit for the wasted time, effort, failure to comply with package that was sold and drag them to court. You arnt the only one that charges $100/hr for labor, you waste my time, I might show you how much that will cost you.

Just came here for my friends dead low beam headlight it was a dead end mission from the start she has a Volkswagen and it is in the most difficult place to reach. A couple of employees spent the whole night trying to get it in place they were so nice and still took care of all the other customers and remained so professional. Could not thank them enough did not get their names: (

This place is the worst place I’ve ever seen. We just changed the tires 2days ago. Then the same tire blew again. We called them and I can’t believe that they have the guts to claim this is not their fault. I don’t even wanna give them one start. Whoever reads this review, I am begging you to go to another place please!

Had a tire pop unexpectedly and was extremely stressed out. An hour before they closed, I Got ahold of Colin at Firestone on Olive and he said he would do his best to get me in before the night ended. This man was working by himself, I brought it up there and within 30 minutes it was repaired even though he was working by himself. So thankful for him it was my last straw today.

Went and got four new tires put on today, Collin (hope I spelled your name right man) told me he may not be able to get it done today and was done with it before they closed, he was nice and personable. Thanks again for your hard efficient efforts. Enjoy that beer.

I am surprised about the reviews. I stopped by at Firestone on today, Collin and Josh took care of me.
I will be bringing my car back.

I have been using this Firestone since I first moved to St. Louis over 24 years ago. They have always been fair and have taken great care of my vehicles.

I went this place for overheating only but after they broke my car, i towed to the dealer without of driving to anywhere. Even they didn't trust me to stay inside and wait for my car, the worst place I faced for the first time.

Great customer service but long wait times. I ended up waiting 4 hours for just a patch repair and general inspection but agin great customer service which made up for the wait.

Collin and Gavin were awesome! Helped out in a time of frustration. Quick, courteous and the cleanest tire shop bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Thanks guys! I’ll be sure to pay it forward and send people your way. You were great!

Scheduled on the web a 9am oil change, manager said realistically it would be more like 11 and if I leave they would call when done. Went for breakfast and no call, ran errands till 2pm, still no call! Go back in about 230 and they hadn't even started! Left about 330pm. NO TOP OFF! Manager said coolant is low and I could buy my own at an auto place! I paid for the upgraded oil change too. No point. What a rip off. What happened to these guys? Used to be on the ball and top off included.
