Well I had a appt today turns out somehow it ended up with another location but they took care of me had the tires sent to the store n took care of me I was getting my wifes suv taken care of much appreciated I would come back they were very busy n made it happen cant complain about that

CJ was extremely helpful and everyone here is very nice. They went out of their way to help get me taken care of in a timely fashion. I've found my new auto shop! These guys are great.

Called asking if I could get a motorcycle inspection, they said yes. Show up and the lady said they only do them by drop off only on Saturday. It literally takes less than 2 minutes. 1 left mirror, horn. THE END! YOU DONT EVEN LEGALLY NEED TURN SIGNALS ON A BIKE! How hard is it to walk out and inspect a motorcycle for christ sake

Firestone will not diagnose the problem correctly. Charge you. Then the problem is still there. This is fraud. When you pay to get your vehicle fixed at a corporate mechanic, they should properly diagnose the problem. This has happened to my elderly mothers car several times at this location. My mother paid almost 1000 dollars!

Shredded my sons tire in a Kansas City Missouri pothole. I'm pretty sure we are about 1 of 500 that has had that happen in the last week. Anyway, they took care of it. It cost exactly what they said it would. Turns out my spare was bad too. They hurried and got that addressed as well. Staff was very friendly even though they were extremely busy.

I generally have a good experience at this location and continue to make it my first choice for inspections, tires, and alignments. The Firestone card allows me 6 months same as cash for those bigger purchases. My only complaint is that the wait is always insidiously long, even with an appointment - so drop it off if you can.

I seem to get a sense of security having my cars fixed here. Kat takes very good care of our vehicles

I'd leave a 0 of possible. They wouldnt repair the old tire and tried to get me to buy 2 new ones with all the bells and whistles for a "deal". New one started leaking out of the nozzle the moment it hit highway.

Went in with a slow leak in one tire and left with 2 new tires due to not being able to patch with 2 nail punctures too close together. Hoping I haven’t been duped. They were helpful and gave me a great price-I later looked up same tires and comparable tires online and I definitely got a super price.

I brought my wife's car for alignment. They seems to do a good job about it. They also gave me a call, putting stress on me about things that they painted as a big issue but in fact just insignificant things on the car. Probably a technique to have you spend more than what you came for.
I didn't like that part especially after seeing my mechanic people.

Was promised a new power steering high pressure line to be completed this day (granted it's a 50$ part and bill would be 333$ but I just want it fixed) had it in by 10am, at 3pm I called to check up on it and they say they won't work on it because the hood won't close. Made the technician "nervous"

My wife took her Camry for safety inspection. And failed! Need $1500 to fix. Then went to Toyota dealer. No problem found with the tag. Be aware!
Also remind me that I did another safety inspection there one year ago. A super long nail was found in one of my tire. And it can't be fixed. Lucky it was under the Costco road warranty. Now I suspected what was happened then.

Have had to take car back 4 times for simple tire rotation and alignment. Car left with tps lights on and a tire that was mounted backwards. Car also left pulling so hard to the roght I could barely drive home. Mud all over driver door inside and out.

Always a pleasure to do business at this location! Professional and courteous staff. Very thorough and will have you taken care of and on your way as quickly as possible. I live 30 minutes away and will always pass every other vehicle service shop up to come here. Well worth the drive. Even if they were an hour away I’d still bring my vehicles here!
