2They've redone the inside so there's no tellers, just "live tellers" at one of the machines. Then there's also someone there to help you use the machine. When done she asked me how it was and I said I didn't like how all the information was displayed on the screen so someone behind me could see that. She said there's always someone there helping and to make sure people are keeping their distance. Seems like it'd be eaiser and safer to keep the tellers. Thinking of switching banks.
I went to open an account was lead to believe one thing and then when I left I received a phone call about the information I was given being incorrect. If I would have been given this information when I explained the help I needed I might not have wasted an hour of my time opening an account here. I was told I was given incorrect information because the employee wasn't aware, maybe they need to train their employees better.
