I seldom right reviews, but I feel compelled to this time. I had such a great experience. I worked with Carmen. I believe she is fairly new to the company, but not new to the industry. She is AMAZING to work with. She was very helpful in all aspects of our situation. She was with us from start to finish and answered all the questions and then followed up with action. I couldn't be more pleased!

My house just isn’t the same. Our Project Manager never new what was goin on. Our sliding glass door isn’t right. They painted our house the wrong color, which we accepted because we wanted to get home. I have imperfections in our drywall that was never there. The whole process wasn’t well managed. Would not recommend.

Ryan has always been there when I need him. He is always prepared and gathering information to promptly address the emergency situation. Communication is key in emergency situation and, Ryan, is always on top of it. Ryan takes that next step to assure everything is going smoothly. I am impressed with his dedication and superb professionalism in handling his clients needs.

I have nothing but good things to say! They were professional and timely. Especially considering work was done during Covid, when seems every homeowner was doing improvements of all kinds. I spoke with several contractors from landscaping to windows and they were all booked out for months! So when water damage occured in my home, I was amazed, and quite pleased, First Onsite responded so quickly. Special thanks to Project Manager, Dan Lorhan. He was wonderful at keeping in touch with me on work progression, as well as giving me ideas and ways of stretching my dollars to get the most affordable outcome.
