First Watch, Lee's Summit MO

Can I just say, that I love eating here! The food is always so good and the staff is really nice. I bring my kids here all the time. It’s fantastic. Super good.

My youngest daughter took me since they are into bunch now! Nice atmosphere busy but they stay on task

Excellent experience from beginning to end. It is a little pricey but I think it's worth it.

First Watch was a big hit with the family. We met up with others Sunday morning and had a short 20 minute wait, but it was well worth it. This place was packed and it's easily because the food is amazing and the service is their priority.
They seem to specialize in breakfast, but they also have an extensive lunch menu, too. Expect to pay $15-20 per person, and that you will leave satisfied.

They are always great and fast. Food is always nice ans fresh. The boys love the chocolate chip pancakes and hot chocolate.

The wit time was 1 hour longer than we were 1st told it would be butter food and atmosphere was good.

My first time in, didn't like the food (pancakes dry, coffee is tasteless & the scramble eggs are overcooked! I, e; not worth the long wait to be seated

I visited twice in the last month. I ordered coffee and the TriFecta (waffle, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage) both times. The service was prompt, polite and accurate. The restaurant appeared clean which is nice because we were seated near the kitchen on my second visit. We got there early so we could avoid having to wait. We were seated immediately both times.

The biggest issue was wait time, we were unaware of their app that allows you to get yourself on the wait list. Upon arrival we were advised of a 20- 30 min wait. We watched multiple groups arrive after us but got seated before us. Hostess did not give us a heads-up regarding this and we were close to leaving. Eventually, after more than 30 minutes, I overheard a conversation she had with another customer advising them of the online process. Not likely to return to this location any time soon. Food and our server were both very good, however.

Caitlin, was fantastic at anticipating our needs. Kind and friendly too.

Food was also Great. So Great we bought a gift card to get the FREE additional gift cards on our FIRST visit to this First Watch. Fun decor to while the Short wait for your order.

The food was good but it wasn't hot off the griddle, it was a touch over warm. It was a very bust day and our waiter was awesome but I like my food hot!

Despite the high level of pretension to the menu, the food is tasty, hot and well prepared. I had the French toast which is made with a wonderful brioche bread and the million dollar bacon which was sweet, fiery, and extremely flavorful. If you don't mind a chain, then First Watch is a local favorite that I'm sure you will enjoy.

Every single time I go to this location, there is always something wrong with my order. The Independence location - I love, excellent service and order is always right, but this location-never. I won't be back at the Lee Summit location again.

Greatest breakfast I've had in a while. Needed more French vanilla creamer and was brought non dairy.
