Fit To Hunt, St. Louis MO

Jeremy and his crew at Fit to Hunt are the real deal. When i was looking for a fitness program to help me get back into hunting shape after pulling a premium X-zone tag in NorCal, I found their program online. Their DIY programs are perfect for my crazy work schedule. I was motivated to do the work, just needed a coach and a program to follow. Jeremy was awesome! Quick on email responses and even took a phone call to answer my questions. We did some trouble shooting to get around my particular shoulder issues and modified some of the exercises. Its been a fantastic experience. I felt so supported! 6 short weeks later im stronger and more conditioned than i ever expected. Sweet! After another quick phone consult, I've moved onto their backcountry DIY program to build more leg endurance and core strength. Thanks Jeremy and crew at Fit To Hunt! You guys are the best. Hope to share pix of my X-zone buck in a few more weeks.
