Love that they have an actual cashier at this location and he was so very polite. This was my 1st time in as I am not in the area often. Liked the open feel of the layout was very clean and organized!
I'm familiar with Five Below from a different store I used to frequent before this particular one opened. Initially, this store stood out as a new and exciting addition to the area, but it appears to have lost its appeal over time. During my recent visit, I had hoped for a quick in-and-out trip to find what I needed, but unfortunately, I got stuck in a line of customers waiting to check out. The self-checkouts were all closed; I'm uncertain whether it's due to theft concerns or if they were simply out of order. There was only one employee managing the checkout for all the customers. I did notice other individuals in plain clothes restocking shelves, but they weren't easily identifiable as employees without corporate attire. Even if they could have assisted with checkouts, it seemed that only one checkout station was available. I left the store feeling quite disappointed with this particular location. I genuinely hope they can improve and bring back the positive experience it once had.
I love this place so much, so many cute items and delicious snacks and drinks to choose from and polite workers! Absolutely love!
