Five Guys, Fenton MO

The food is absolutely delicious my only complaint is that it's so expensive. That's what makes it a every once in a while to eat at place and not a place I would frequent more often.

We received above and beyond service. Meghan was a great representative for Five Guys. The food was so fresh and scrumptious. The burgers are fresh, with plenty of fresh additives. The fries are fresh as well and quite tasty.

My significant other and I got on the bike and rode to Fenton location to have lunch and whatnot. We were very happy and our belly's were full.
We will definitely be going there again.

The entire region shut down for weather last night. Not Five Guys. Two staff male and female, holding it down! Friendly. Cleanest FG I ever saw. Great burger perfect fries that weren’t all brown. Best Five Guys experience. Give them a raise.

The food is good. I only gave it 4 stars, because it cost my husband and I $40+ for dinner. A little bit too much inflation for my budget.

First off Over priced. It was 20 dollars for a burger and fries for just myself. Second they gave me the wrong burger when I got my food. Do not recommend.

Our first time visiting. Asked a question about the menu, the worker rolled his eyes. After paying with cash, worker handed change back and grabbed food with same gloves he handled the money with. Not impressed with this location!

Delicious every time. It might cost more than most burger places, but you get more than you pay for and the fries are great too (they use peanut oil). I don't think their shakes are all that great, but you can't beat their burgers anywhere!

It was greasy and way too expensive. I didn't think it should cost that much for such basic burgers. My son didn't want to eat it.

Over-priced, not clean, and radio was so loud. Had to ask someone to clean the table not once but twice, stepped on more french fries from the floor than we had in our bags.

Once again, complete fail on the part of these guys. Ordered online, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up 20/25mins later, pulled in Curbside and saw NO ONE in the Kitchen. Called and they said they would be right out. And then obviously began cooking the meal. 20mins later, still nothing delivered, and went into the restaurant. Guy said that they were still waiting on the fries, would be another five mins. Two burgers, two fries took 45 minutes to get. Absolutely no one in the dining room, and now I can see why. If there was a zero star rating, this place certainly would get it. AWFUL!

Last time I was ther was 10 plus years ago and it was delicious. However I understand prices have went up and what note but 22 dollars for. Burger drys and a drink was ridiculous. The burger didnt even have a good taste. I'd rather of went to Wendy's. What a waste

The food was hot.could have use more seasoning but overall good.and prices are pretty rough for a cheeseburger and fries.you get a ridiculous amount of fries though.

Very good! This was my first time eating here and it didn't disappoint. I was a bit surprised that they had so many signs saying "top cheap eats in the St. Louis area". It was rather expensive.

Girl taking the order at the front cou ter was extremely rude. Walked away in the middle of taking the order. When the other employee came over to take order you could see the original girl bobbing her head angrily. Highly inappropriate example to set when we had 4 kids standing at the counter with us. This was a very hostile interaction and I would not recommend eating in if you are looking for a pleasant experience. I would rate a zero if that was an option!

High quality food. I paid 14 dlls for a little bacon cheeseburger and little fries which was a pretty decent sized portion. It does seem pricey but I guess it is in line with other fast casual places.

Brought my family in to enjoy 5 guys, before we headed to a softball tournament. We live at the Lake and don't have the opportunity to enjoy the delicious burgers that are prepared by your business. On November 6 at 12: 15 we came in, I told the lady what I wanted and she could not hear me, instead of politely asking me to speak louder, she very aggressively ask me to speak, so I did and I guess it was to loud for her. So she walked away to the foodline and proceeded to smack talk about my family which was highly inappropriate. We left and won't return. The world is already tough, and I'm sorry you can't find staff to treat your guest with respect. I have worked in the restaurant business for 15 years and have never experienced anything like this.
