Vikktoria took our order and, honestly, they were amazing. They verified we ordered the right sizes that we intended made sure that everything was specified exactly the way we wanted; they were friendly engaging and worked with a purpose.

The store was pretty busy and they were the only one taking orders but they managed to keep a nice flow plus make all the milkshakes.

On top of that, the rest of the team working the grills and the fryer had a smile on their face. Everybody was working. I didn't see one person standing around and the store was clean and pleasant as always.

Very expensive, but food is good... Employees are very professional... Because of high price I probably will not go back.

Great burgers! I love the bacon cheeseburger. The fries are a powerful cure to hunger as well, but I don't always opt for that large of a caloric commitment.

Newer store is often busy, but had some great burgers. Use the app if you're in a hurry. 2022 update: . Still a pretty good burger but the prices are close to loco high now.

Fries have been better. They could cook a bit longer so they aren't mushy. But they are better than previous.

I have to say the crew that was working 6-20 around 9ish PM was one of the most friendly happy and professional crew I've ever seen there@

So. After a 60 dollar doordash order of 2 burgers and fries. Yes, after the fees, taxes, and undeserving tip, it is that much. Not sealed, pink meat, cold fries, no cheese on the extra burger like it was ordered. Door dash made it right, but I wanted to know what five guys thought. The manager's words after telling him the problems. "We've been slammed". By the manager's thought process, my understanding of his thoughts is, if business is good, they put out a bad product, without apologies. Think about that before you order from here again. If business is good, they don't care, bottom line. As the manager said, "we've been slammed". So apparently this justified the horrible food that was made by this company, with no apologies, just an excuse. Eat local, stop funding chain businesses! They don't care about the product they put out. I'm sorry I ever gave my money to that company.

This is my second time coming to this location. I ordered bacon cheeseburger for both times. But they both did not contain any bacon in there. They missed my other stuffs also. I ordered takeout so I did not know until I came home. And they make food very slow also

A very poor example of how to run a business and make food.
I made my order and sat back and waited and watched and saw a level of inefficiency and lack of caring that I have never seen before. None of the staff talked to each other except for the cashier telling the cook how many patties to make. The guy making up the buns and assembling the burgers looked like he was completely out of it and needed sleep. I started to pay attention when I saw him leaning over and staring at the assembled burger for over a minute and I started to count customers waiting and the orders up. My burger sat on the counter for over five minutes and the guy did NOTHING but stand at the table and do nothing. The were two loads of fries that were dumped and so he wasnt waiting on fries. When my burger and fries were bagged he put them on the outside counter and said a number. Thank god the door dash girl was also waiting and said my number loudly to the people waiting or I would have never known my order was ready. I was in a hurry and even more in a hurry due to the wait or else I would have taken my COLD BURGER AND FRIES back.
I have been to several 5 guys but have never seen a situation like this store.

Definitely better than most but can't say they have the best burger in the country but all in all pretty good for the quality and amount I'd give 4 stars but this location is a bit less on it compared to say overland park area

I go to five guys I'm quite a bit boys ordered the little burgers and little fries you got my order at home cuz we ordered with somebody else we all got the same thing and it wasn't little burgers they charged us for the regular size hamburger which was$6.98 which didn't think about the price of at first and they told me what my total order was but for one thing it wasn't much hamburger on the bun The bun was so big and I had more vegetable stuff on the bigger than the hamburger I know next time when I call in to order I'm going to tell him I want the little one and get charged for it so they overcharged me for a hamburger that I didn't want a regular size hamburger and fries waste your money on that because they give you way way too much and it gets thrown away but apparently they don't care

Ordered food at 752 pm waited till now 1052 pm. Three Uber eats drivers were there and for some reason my order was still canceled three times? !? A cheeseburger and fries was too hard to make in two hours?

Worst Five Guys, drench your 8 dollar burger in ketchup to the point of it not being edible.
