Just FYI for other customers, they will not use any "customer parts" even though you are paying for the labor, this is a common money grab. Mine was a passenger side mirror assembly on a newer vehicle a kid decided to bust off.

This is my second time using 5 star and they’ve been perfect both times. So professional and prompt, it’s refreshing to see a business ran this way.

I was just getting an estimate after someone backed into me a few weeks ago. Shane Ellis, my estimator, was very professional and looked the damages over very thoroughly to get the estimate as accurate as possible. Shane has been in the business for over 15 years. He is getting set us very soon to get tge repairs taken care of.

I was referred here by the south county Toyota dealership, and so grateful. Everyone was incredibly professional and honest. They had to deal with a lot of back-and-forth with me, and my insurance company, and could not have been more gracious and patient. I took my car in to have the bumper fixed, and they gave it back to me looking almost brand new and more sparkly and clean than it’s ever been. I’d suggest this place even to people who live in the city, it’s worth the drive.

Five Star in Arnold was amazing! They spent some time inspecting my car for damages, took lots of pictures, and then we set a date to bring my car in to get started. While they had my car, they emailed me with updates about every other day, first to let me know when they started and further to let me know the progress and when the job would be completed. They ALSO replaced my windshield at no labor cost since they were already doing a full paint job! They were all super helpful and accommodating. Great experience over all and I'll definitely recommend in the future!
