Several mortgage companies turned us down, saying we just weren't eligible for a home loan, yet Ronda worked diligently until she was able to get us approved, and then she even managed to get our monthly mortgage payment lowered without us even asking her to! Without Ronda and Flat Branch, we know for sure we would never have been able to purchase a home.
Now, we have a a great home, in an amazing small town atmosphere that has always been our dream. We are literally paying less than a third of our previous monthly rent payment for our mortgage payment now; and are so much more at ease in this house! There's no landlord breathing down our necks telling us what colors we can paint, or if we could bring our fur baby along with us. We couldn't be more happy!

I bought several homes in my life, and being very honest working with Team Rhonda was the best experience of them all. Let me make this simple, she got it right the 1st time. No calling me back saying missing this or that, she got it all correct in the 1st run. I bought the house remotely, I never went into the office. Rhonda got the job done over the phone and was easy, she sent me the papers via E-mail links and I was done in just a few minutes. I Only uploaded a few papers (Wages, Military DD214, drivers license, and a couple more papers. Then I started getting E-Mails saying milestones achieved, and then it was all over, I was approved and a home owner. Team Rhonda did there job the best I've ever seen. So I'm all set up on autopay and a happy home owner.
And my House? It's a Shubermitchel Home and I'm very GREATFUL.
Rhonda also got me a lower rate than the Other Big company that says we help Veterans. Yep, she said their offering you 6.75% and right now I offer you 6.25%. Shubermitchel asked me to call Flat Branch because their local here in Joplin and the Big Other company was not. The Other company then said oh we can give you 6.25% also, and I told them "Then why did you not offer it at first", so we were done, and Rhonda Hickey and Team were my new company to do this loan with. That's the story, I like honest people who Do Not try to take advantage of me.
