Flat Creek Restaurant Cape Fair

Absolutely beyond disappointed my friends prime rib was way undercooked the mashed potatoes and gravy was in a lil foam cup almost as if we were in a cafeteria my prime rib wasn't only cooked but it was like tough and horrible dipping sauce for $50 a piece it's so not worth it nothing was warm nor did it seem fresh first time trying prime rib ever and I won't try it again sad just sad

A bit of a drive but worth it. We went right when they opened and the service was just getting into full swing.

One thing you need to know is that the portions are enormous. Randy Santel would have a hard time finishing a meal here.

The chicken was flavorful and moist. Didn't need a four piece but hey, lunch for tomorrow. The catfish blew me away. Seasoned perfectly, screamingly hot and served with loud dogs (our waitress informed us hush puppies was an inadequate name). These things are the size of a baseball, no joke.

The fried bun was good but not my favorite. The honey butter complimented it and the loud dogs.

Price was more than reasonable and the staff was wonderful. Wish I could see the place when it really gets hopping in the evening. (not to mention throwing back some of their own brew). Highly recommend!

There was live entertainment and he was very good! We always make a point to go here when we come down to Table Rock Lake. Which is at least once a year.

Flat Creek in my opinion is one of the best places to eat in the Ozarks. I’ve been to the one in Cape Fair and also the one in Republic a few times. Their fried chicken and mac and cheese are both really good, and the rolls with honey butter are like dessert to me. They also have some of the best buffalo dip I’ve ever had. Definitely worth the drive if you ever get to come here!

I had the 4 piece chicken dinner; he had the all you can eat catfish & chicken combo. Both were delicious. I had lots leftovers. Our server was Heather and she was great! I highly recommend.

Love this place.catfish rocks, and in general.everything I have tried has been very delicious! Staff is friendly, service is great and the experience overall will compel you to return

First time we ever eat there it was awesome I will be back but if you do go you need to bring your appetite because he is a whole lot on the plate

Went here today and ate for my first time, and I’m blown away by the food and the service! Was recommended a burger from our server Heather and it did not disappoint! She took the best care of us and made our experience 100x better. Will be back soon:) also was able to talk with another waitress named Samantha and she was amazing as well. These 2 plus the food made for a great first time.

This place is a great place to eat. The ocean size is awesome and the food is a great price the atmosphere is wonderful. Would definitely recommend eating here.

Flat Creek is a great place with courteous staff and great food. Ate there on vacation to Branson. The fried catfish, pork tenerloin sandwich, and fried chicken were all fantastic. Plenty of food, enough to take home for leftovers. Michael was a great waiter. Highly recommended.

Above and beyond service from our waiter Kyle. Had a delicious all you can eat catfish dinner, melt in your mouth and perfectly seasoned. My Step Brother had gotten the country fried steak dinner and couldn't finish the hefty portioned meal. I am a professional eater, been all over the US but I will make sure to come back here on my trips though the area. YouTube search "Da Garbage Disposal"

Amazing 3pc catfish dinner! 1st time I tried to attack the All You Can Eat Catfish and couldn't make it past the 3rd piece. You leave there hungry, you didn't clean your plate. Great place, All the waiters & waitresses are great! Definitely got to go eat!

Great food, great service and atmosphere. Best restaurant on Table Rock Lake!

Post pandemic prices have skyrocketed! That menu has really increased in price. Won't be making the trip nearly as often now.

Restaurant is good, has good food, staff is excellent. But they are expensive, I don't eat here often but once in awhile.

We traveled there by boat, and tied up on the courtesy dock. Pulled her right into one of the slips that was available. Walked up the hill and sat right down, we had no waiting. I understand that is a lucky thing, as this is a popular place. My wife and I split a catfish sandwich, with onion rings, and then had a fried peach pie ala mode to split. That was still enough for both of us. And I tend to agree: It ain't food if it ain't fried.

The food was really good, I had the Buffalo shrimp basket and my daughter had the chicken strip basket and she said she loved the Mac n cheese. But one problem we had was that the waitress was kind of rude. I think her name was Patience and it took her a long time to get the ticket ready but I guess that was ok since they were busy. Other than that great food

Food is awesome, not good for elders, or handicapped.floors are so slippery from grease it is a lawsuit waiting to happen
