I can’t say enough positive things about my experience at Floor and Decor South County. I walked in the store feeling overwhelmed and defeated by my home renovation, leaving less than an hour later with confidence and two in-stock tile options to complete our kitchen. I have designer Mikaela Renaud to thank for that!

Got a good deal on the flooring but they have no idea how to use a pallet jack or run a loading dock. The gentleman loading was named Sam and he Wanted all people out of the car (which is not necessary), hit our truck while loading it and had the nerve to say "it's not the first time that trucks been bumped. " Regardless, there are two new dents in our tailgate because of this. The woman running the loading dock was rude, didnt explain the process at all and waited until we had gotten back in the truck to yell at us demanding a signature to close out the order. Don't think Sam should be driving the pallet jack anymore and they all need a lesson in customer service and common sense.

-Worked with friendly Mikaela on a 2 bathroom project. She listened well to understand our needs and style. She was creative, patient and collaborative. She went above and beyond with her services. - Would highly recommend her!

I can’t give enough praise to the South County Floor and Décor store and staff! The selection, quality, and pricing can’t be beat. That said, the real reason to shop there is the staff. Every time I was in the store I was met with smiling faces and people eager to assist, whether it was shopping, checking out, returns, or loading material. Help was easy to find. I especially want to recognize Mikaela, one of the design team. Couldn’t have done my bathroom and kitchen project without her. I’m a bit of a scatterbrain when it comes to design, and the number of choices is mind-numbing. She kept me focused, gave me ideas, showed me trends, but most importantly she spent the time to help me find what >I< wanted. Thank you!

This is a candy store for tile, marble, ceramic and porcelain home recreation center. Everything you need to dream up your home.

Contractor - went in to replace messed up tiles, Lynn at the front end, was extremely rude. As a customer who spends literal thousands and send my customers to this business to purchase new flooring- a different location most of the time, its almost embarrassingto have such an experience and know that my customers could be dealing with this exact same negativity.is frustrating at best. To be greeted with such rudeness at the start of the day.not a good representation of the company in my opinion. If I can avoid this location entirely, I absolutely will.

Floor & Decor offers so much more on choices for tile for walls, floors, and more. I went to Home Depot first and wasn't impressed by any style there, so we decided to go out to this store. The staff was warm & welcoming with knowledge on every aisle along with styles that I was looking for to do my bathroom floor and the foyer. Prices were really reasonable, and styles were trending along with tons of colors. Definitely will be going back to get what I need. This store offers so many more selections than most stores.

They are on top of things and have a great selection. The customer service is top-notch, too

Don’t buy remodeling materials from stora that doesn’t have customer reviews on their website. We ordered tiles and grout that was recommended by them for that tile. The grout has discolored the tiles so much that it’s not original color. It’s not grout haze and nothing works to take it off completely. Reached out to customer care and they claim it’s not on them. Take your business elsewhere like I will.

The Design Supervisor, Mikaela Renaud, is an angel! She helped us choose between the tile options we liked and recommended grout, sealer, and caulk to go with the tile. I'll go back every time if Mikaela will be there to help.

Floor and Decor has a phenomenal employee in Mikaela! Her service to me was a text book example of stellar customer service. The way she handled my online inquiry through the follow up after our design call was exactly what great customer service should be. Today it is so rare to even get a call back to an online inquiry let alone an immediate appointment followed up with follow through on what she told me she would do every step of the way. Mikaela was exemplary and if it wasn't for us making a final choice on a product brand Floor and Decor did not carry I would have picked working with her no matter the cost because I felt I was in great hands and she she would have treated our home project as if it were her own home! I feel bad that I had to go in a different direction but Mikaela handled our decision with grace and professionalism. I was very impressed! Mikaela will do well in whatever field she chooses and she is a great asset to her employer.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Mikaela! We stopped in to get ideas for tile in the bathrooms in our new home, never expecting that we would leave not only with tile for both bathrooms but also grout and trim! After browsing the tile selection on our own and feeling overwhelmed we went to the design center and found Mikaela. She looked at our inspiration pictures and asked a few additional questions about our style. That was all it took! Mikaela guided us through the selection of tile to bring our vision to life. Without her help I believe we would have left the store empty handed. I highly recommend scheduling a design appointment with Mikaela to anyone building a new home. We will definitely be back to see her when it is time to choose a backsplash for the kitchen!

My husband is redoing our stairs and we came today to find material for it. Sam was extremely helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed. It is rare these days to find Employees like Sam that have knowledge and expertise in their field and a good attitude about helping customers. We will definitely be back.

I seldom take the time to share a purchase unless something earth shattering occurs. I will only say on Friday August 18,2023 I walked into Floor & Decor at the end of my work day for the first time in hopes of finding tile for my kitchen not holding to much hope at hand as I am a bit picky. Low and behold when I had asked for help to show me the location of backsplash tile announcements were made that a gentleman needed assistance that rang throughout the entire store. Charming. Around the corner comes this young lady named Mikaela a (Design Supervisor) with a smile from ear to ear and more charm than the day is long. She had asked me many questions to understand what it was that I was looking for regarding look, style, colors, textures, and so on. I had a sample of my countertop and after my cross interrogation, she said follow me I have just the thing. Thinking to myself how does one choose from a myriad of endless rows of tile. She brought me to an isle turned and said what do you think of this. I liked it but never say yes on the first choice anyone shows you. She went on to bring me many more samples of the same shape and style with slight variances. Guess which one I picked. It was her first choice and I couldn't have been happier. The banter didn't stop there as we still had to dance through the grout colors and I made her pick it as I felt how can she go wrong. Mikaela rang up my order with everything need to make my install, then told me to wait at the front door as she would get it all together immediately and all had to do was load it up and be on my way. I offered assistance, and she politely said you are the customer and I will get it for you. What Mikael didn't know is that I have been widowed for more than 5 years and haven't made a decision like this in years without the assistance of my better half. She also didn't know her personality was insatiably like my wife which made the experience even better. She told me she wanted my project to be more than just to look good, but to make the space feel good as well. Mikael checked every box and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Floor & Decor should be recognized for having Mikaela on their front line serving customers the way she did for me. I would have given 6 stars if it were available. If you want someone to listen, understand, question, assist, and smile at the same time, ask for Mikaela, you wont be disappointed.
