Floyd's Towing & Wrecker Service, Springfield MO

I have been a loyal customer to Floyd's Towing for 8 years, sending multiple customers their way and also using them for my business. I have had some minor issues with them in the past, like messing up a brake line, issues that cost $100 to fix and they have made it right. I had them tow a customers truck and they damaged the battery positive wire which will end up costing the customer over $3500. They are refusing to help with anything after coming out and inspecting the truck and accepting liability. This customer of mine has been loyal for over 10 years. I am extremely disappointed with how this whole situation is being handled and strongly encourage everyone to not use them for any towing so they don't go through this same issue that my customer and I are going through.

Incrediblly, truly incredible customer service. Being broke down on the side of the interstate and in a pinch to get moving, as if not stressful enough, I was taken care of like a king. Quick, safe transport of my pickup to a shop, but that was barely the tip of the iceberg for how well i was taken care of today. My tow truck driver was very patient and helped me get to the airport for a rental car, stayed while i was getting the car and never once acted like i was wasting his time or takimg too long. He was very polite and enjoyable to talk to, made the whole ordeal less tense. If you’re looking for help towing your vehicle, don’t even bother calling anywhere else. Call Floyd’s, for real.

Used Floyd's to haul a dumptruck bed i had just purchased and had memphis as a driver, he was very polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will be sure to use Floyd's for any wrecker and hauling services I may need in the future.

I have to rate this company 10 out of 10 I am a former employee of this company and I can say the staff is great some of the nicest people I have ever met and unfortunately I had to leave this company because I moved out of town but they will take care of your vehicle to the highest ability they can there staff is nice and polite and there very honest in there pricing and there professionalism i miss being apart of there team but I needed to put my part in and say if you need a tow call Floyd’s because you will not be disappointed they are awesome and if i ever need a tow in the Springfield areas they are the only company I will call! They will take care of you with no doubt!

I am absolutely thankful for Floyd’s Wrecker Service! After an awful wreck in the extremely hot weather Brad came immediately! He was fast courteous and very knowledgeable! I was upset and had my dog with me -they went above and beyond and even gave my dog water! When It was time for the bill I was shocked at how reasonable it was! They are amazing! Quick, knowledgeable, friendly, observant, and empathetic! They towed for us 2 nights in a row and the second night we requested them specifically because of out first experience. We weren't any less satisfied the second time he was absolutely awesome too! They are a smart choice!

They charged us $650 even though we cancelled because the trucker still showed up. By "show up", the trucker arrived at the area and then left without even getting out of the vehicle. He didn't attempt to see what was going on, and we never met him. When we called the company to dispute this, "Sherry" was incredibly unpleasant and stubborn. She insisted that we would have a $300 cancellation fee. Why? The towing guy didn't do a thing. Sherry also hung up in the middle of the call. She also may have deleted our receipt or invoice because when we called again, they could not find it. Incredibly disappointed and angry. We will definitely be disputing this stupid charge to our credit card company

Dependable, courteous service. Driver arrived quicker than I was expecting. The driver had me get in the air conditioned cab out of the heat. Second time I needed them and will use them again if needed.

Floyd’s is the best towing service around. I won’t use anyone else they towed my truck with care like it was their own vehicle will use them the next time and every time I need a tow.

Called for a tow truck they asked me pick up and drop off location and vehicle type and once the tow truck showed up I was given a price of $170 for tow. I only had $150 to my name and they were unwilling to work with me. I had to decline the tow service. I was then informed that I had to pay $45 for the tow truck showing up. Criminals crooks

On July 13,2023 Ryan B. Was dispatched and towed my daughters car after it stalled on Battlefield & Campbell. Ryan got it loaded quickly, on one of the hottest days, so we could get out of that hot parking lot. Really nice guy, I would highly recommend Floyd's.

Memphis was so nice and helpful! Not only was he kind and courteous, but also very professional. He offered to take us to a safe place so we were not stranded in the woods! Best tow experience thus far.

Ryan was a big help getting my car out to my house late at night and he was there within 20 minutes and gave great service. Highly recommend him and this company!
