Fordland Clinic

I just had a deep cleaning today and my anxiety and nerves that I've always had was pretty intense today about the dentist but my hygienist made it so much easier she was so quick, efficient & kind. I wish I knew her name but she was awesome!

They recommended my husband to the Clinic and Hospital Of Cox in which they did nothing, 3 clinics and 3 hospitals later - He almost died of bleeding ulcers and was finally seen at Mercy where they immediately ran tests and assisted quickly and efficiently.

They were very nice from start to finish. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist office.

I have always been seen in a very quick fashion. No waiting for 1- 2 hours like other doctor's appointments. My doctor (Shoemaker) actually listens to my concerns. I have not came across one of the staff that was cross, rude, or indifferent. I've had a lot of medical issues since a car accident in 2014 and unfortunately, I have had many horrible experiences with doctors, staff, medications, procedures, and appointments.
I finally found a good group of Healthcare workers!

My husband, myself, my 12 week old and my 3 year old all see Dr. Shoemaker. He’s amazing, super insightful, and not the type to just “write you a script. ” He’s very thorough and a joy to converse with. So glad we found him for our family.

Veronica Putnam has treated me for over 10 years with several illnesses. She takes her time with you and always answers your questions. Georgia is also an amazing nurse that has helped me for just as long. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I just met my new provider after Stephane left! Stephane was wonderful so I was worried about the change! Debby Carl is AMAZING! Really put me at ease, spent a bunch of time with me because I’m a bit “extra” and she is beyond knowledgeable! She had great ideas, involved me in my treatment plan, and didn’t discount anything I said! As a RN, I have high expectations for quality healthcare especially in todays world and this clinic is top notch!
They also have such a caring nature to our community which is such a BLESSING!

I didn’t even want to give it a 1 start. They don’t want to see you when your sick. You don’t get bills like I should, I was sent to Collections without even knowing. I have been misdiagnosed many times with no help & finding myself having to go to the walk-in just for a basic colds. Don’t go to this office!

I love this clinic! Always super friendly staff, super clean, and the doctors/nurses are all very good at explaining things to you (without judgement). Also my kids favorite clinic!

Mrs Patsy met with Jan Stoner yesterday. Patsy absolutely Loved her. We are so happy that this will be her new NP.

Do not go there and please do not take your kids for any medical stuff. They have good dental ECT but do not see the doctors. I have taken my son there they told me oh he will get better he is sick for 2 more weeks then I go to mercy and they explain no he is sick and needs meds. Then I call for a covid test because I'm having symptoms and the doctor over the phone says for me to take vitamin c and Echinacea. Tells me to wash my hands and wear a mask. I can't believe it then he goes on to ask if I have insurance and what kind. Sorry buddy thays none of your business. So if you want to put your life at risk then go there. Otherwise stick to real providers. Just take a look at how long the doctors ECT stay there. They are constantly trying to fill open places at Fordland clinic. And by the way getting an appointment there in a timely manner is also a great hassle.
I'm telling you not to go there they do not know what they are doing. And yes malpractice is at work here. Not everybody is hateful there. But the doctors are not any good at all. My dad was a doctor and had better manners than these people.

Super friendly staff, I specifically like the ladies on the Dental side. They are so sweet and caring. They deal with 100's of people a day but still made me feel like I was the only customer they had all day.

We just love all the staff here at this clinic! Such sweet helpful genuinely kind people. The care we’ve always received is wonderful. Zero to complain about.

This Clinic is 5 star. I always enjoy going there. Super nice friendly staff. Always a clean facility and never I feel rushed. I have insurance for a different facility but they always want to rush to conclusions. Debbie has treated me from day one and as long as I can she will continue to take care of my needs. My visit to the fordland clinic was very pleasant. I was met by friendly and cheerful staff that took the time I needed to express my concerns. Their care was above and beyond my expectations. It rare to find this level support and kindness. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly, and addressed my problem with concern and explained everything. I thought it was one thing and they explained about how other things were going on and needed to be addressed. They are working with my budget needs. Thank you very much

I trust the providers here and appreciate all they are doing to keep our community safe and healthy during this pandemic. Our family has used this clinic for a few years and plan to continue coming here because of the staff and providers. Everyone here is so kind and does a great job.
