Forefront Dermatology Webster Groves, MO

This was my first visit to this location and I was very pleased with the staff and the doctor. The staff and the doctor made me feel like I was a priority, and did not rush through my consultation. I was made aware, and I understood everything before I left I highly recommend this office if you have any skin issues.

I really like the doctors I have had here, but do not like their policies. Originally I had an appointment scheduled for December, which had to be changed due to the dermatologist not being available. That is fine, but when my appointment rolled around I had a slight cold and asked if they wanted me to come in they said no and charged $50 to reschedule. While I understand the policy, as a parent of an infant in daycare it makes it a challenge since often there are colds floating around and think the policy encourages people to come in sick. I’ve gone there a few years and that was the first time I had to reschedule so it wasn’t a habitual or recurring issue.

The nurses were the best and the professional attitude and bed side manner were off the charts. I hope I never have to have cells removed in the future however I will certainly seek out Dr. Gruber and his staff. Thanks for the great care

I saw Dr. Gruber, he and his staff were very professional and made me feel very comfortable. This was my first visit and procedure, and I highly recommend them. I am grateful my dermatologist referred me to his office.

I received an excellent annual skin cancer screening, the most thorough I've ever had. A few little spots were 'frozen' and a small sample of tissue was taken painlessly. Everything was explained prior to the very brief procedure and all was finished in short order.
I appreciated the office's capacity for paperwork to be completed online, days before my appointment, eliminating time spent in the waiting room, which, by the way, was only a couple minutes.

Very happy with the care and overall experience I have received at Forefront Dermatology. I'm always treated with great care and patience. Dr. Gruber and Dr. Uffelmann, their nurses, and staff have all been friendly and professional. They spend whatever time is necessary to be sure I understand the issues, options and procedure's.

I had a spot that came up on my arm that was cancerous. I was able to get in quickly to have it removed. The office personnel were knowledgeable and worked together to get me in and out quickly. I would highly recommend Forefront Dermatology Webster Groves to anyone.

Very impressed with no wait time. I did preregister which I’m sure helped. I was called in on time and my appointment was through and I now waiting for the answers of my biopsy. Pleasant experience!

Check-in was quick and easy. Receptionists were very pleasant and helpful. Physician was pleasant and explained every procedure. She gave a very thorough examination. Even though I needed a couple of treatments for possible pre-cancerous cells, still I was in and out of the office in about 15 minutes! I like that!

I am a patient of DR Schutte who is an excellent doctor! However, the office staff said they called me in August to reschedule a January appointment -I never received a message and they never called back or posted in the portal. My January appointment was cancelled and now I can no get in until 8/23. Unacceptable!

Staff extremely friendly, efficient and professional. Dr Uffelmann is the best! Very thorough and answered all my questions. Highly recommend him for any skin issues. Office staff resolved my issues with the VA approval procedures in a timely manner. Have dealt with these people several times and they are great!

Dr. Gruber and Brittany removed the many stitches from moes surgery on my calf today. Outstanding procedure, very exceptional professionals. And the healing is terrific. All my stress and concerns relieved. Really glad they did the procedure, exceeding pleased with the outcome.

Exceptionally nice but professional throughout. Dr. Gruber and Brittany took time to explain everything they were doing and made time to answer questions. I never felt rushed, they made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Great "bedside" manner. Dr. Gruver made certain I should call anytime if there were any problems. Highly recommend this practice.

After 60 years on this earth, I decided it might be time to start seeing a dermatologist. I visited the location near me and was lucky enough to see Dr. Schutte. She was very thorough in her examination, answered all of my questions (I had quite a list of questions!), was very patient and explained everything that my non-medical mind could understand. She and her assistant were very helpful in recommending over-the-counter and prescription medications for some of my concerns. They were transparent with pricing of all of the options for me to consider. Although the appointment took several months to get in, it was well worth the wait. I highly recommend this location of Forefront Dermatology.

My experience today was amazing. Dr. Gruber and Heather were awesome. I never felt uncomfortable or that they were not going to give me the best care. Very professional and personal. I want to thank them for all they did for me today.

Can't get an appointment for Over 5 months when I need help now. And no care about it even when I have been there before.
5 years have passed since I went there and I tried to set an appointment and they acted as if I was of no concern.
Terrible

I was in for a MOHS procedure and couldn’t have been more pleased. Jill explained the details of the procedure in a simple, but thorough, way, and couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Dr. Gruber was awesome! I loved the interaction with him and felt completely at ease for the procedure. He even let me pick the music for it, and didn’t bat an eye when I chose Lizzo! I wish the guy was my neighbor! Finally, Duane helped with the final stitch up and also couldn’t have been nicer. It was seriously a great experience. I never felt a thing and am confident in the work they did. I hope I never have to see them again for another MOHS process, but, if I do, I know I’ll be in great hands!

When I called to make an appointment they were very accommodating and I was seen within 3 days.the staff is very friendly and makes you feel completely comfortable and the doctors explains what it is that you came in to see them for and what the treatment that they recommend.
