I have known Nate for a very long time. He has a passion for fitness, and for seeing those around him succeed in their fitness goals. His blood and sweat are poured into this gym, it’s not his job it’s his calling.
The space he has created is welcoming to every level of client. If you’re looking for a gym, this should be your first and last stop. You will rarely see him without a smile on his face, maybe not in the middle of his workout, but every other time it’s there.
I have visited Foresight Fitness a few times with single day passes. With an upcoming job change, I will be joining in the coming weeks and look forward to rebuilding my physical self.

I love this gym! Everything is very new at the gym and the owner is very nice. It is a very affordable, aesthetically pleasing gym. Best one in Chillicothe for sure.

It’s always super clean and I love the space. Great vibes all around, if you’re in the Chillicothe area you need to stop by for a lift!

Great gym! Nice and spacious, and has everything you would ever need for any workout need! This gym provides machine and free weights for strength, cardio equipment, functional fitness options, bands and rollers, and even great space do speed and agility training. I was very impressed that I had everything I needed all in one gym.

I found the gym very clean and very well set up. The equipment was top notch and they have everything you need to meet your fitness goals. Very well managed and definitely worth you time to pay them a visit.

I rate it 5 stars because all the equipment. Nate is a super cool guy. He’ll help you on lifts if need be. The entire gym community that comes to this gym is supportive.

Great equipment, plenty of ways to work any muscle group. Fair price for membership, with opportunities for in person or online coaching.

Cool place. Been working out here for a month. Had everything you could need to start working out. Definitely one of the best gyms around.
