6I never write reviews but this one deserves it! SO FAR SO GOOD! The place is super clean, rent is affordable, the staff is so helpful and follows up! I’ve lived in some places with really terrible management before and this place so different! Highly recommend!
Forest Lake apartment is a great community yet with an affordable rate. Leasing office has been very helpful from the beginning. Maintenance team is always here to help even with a short notice. Over all. We really liked this community being close to everything (costco, walmart and many other shopping places) and our neighbors are very friendly.
We have been living here for few years now and we love the place. It is nice and at the same time very conveniently located close to all types of stores and restaurants. Office staff is very nice and Maintenance service is very quick and friendly.
My daughter and I have lived here for over 3 years and are very happy here. The maintenance is excellent and always responds quickly when help is needed and they always go above and beyond. The management office is also great and always there when needed and always helpful and professional. Great place to live!

I've been at Forest Lake for coming up to 6 months now and I am very happy with my apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Management are really friendly and always there to help. Maintenance is always available and always around making improvements.
With the current situation they have been proactive and always thinking about residents safety.
The location is perfect and its really quiet!
The only improvement I can think of to make living here better would be to fix up the play area.
The apartments in of themselves are old and not well maintained. There were roaches from day one, and though they came and tried to get rid of them. They were always back.
There's definitely a sense that they try to cheap out everywhere, and they pass the expenses to the residents. Turnaround is huge as a result of all the above reasons. It's rare to see someone stay longer than 1 year.
The only reason it gets more than 1 star is because of the location. It's right by 141, and not too far from 270 for quick commutes.
