Forever 21, St. Louis MO

Wonderful, picked up a order I had delivered, purchased accessories and was able to use a 10% discount, the salesgirl suggested!

Extremely poor customer service. No one greeted me. When I asked for assistance they black bald young lady, she was super short and rude. The white young lady peeked over a shelf but never once spoke. I visited the morning of the 18 and the entire staff that morning was rude, unhelpful, and down right no type of customer skills. I politely put the stuff back I was going to purchase. I went and found better quality products and better customer service reps in H&M.

This store can be unorganized at times making it difficult to find merch. I prefer to shop on-line.

Although the store itself was very messy I really enjoyed the wide range of clothes to choose from. It was easy for me to quickly find a top that I liked even though I didn't know exactly what I wanted when I went in. It's not my favorite clothing store ever but it's also not the worst I've seen either. I'd rate it 5/10. (The only thing in the photo from Forever 21 is the orange top. I was already wearing the rest when I entered the store.)

The store at The Galleria is sooooo much better than other locations I've visited. So much cleaner and better organized and the staff is always very friendly. And I'm glad they've changed their return policy (which could have happened YEARS ago.lol.but I've only recently checked them out again)

Most disgusting store ever been to, mess everywhere, they should be embarrassed how dirty their store is. All the clothes have stains on them and the staff is rude.

This is one of those I hate stores, but, I like it sometimes, customer service sucks! Return shipping, sucks, all these wrong sizes, sucks. I rather go to the store, than to order off line. 1

Disgusting, rude, Employee called my child ugly, And when I asked for her and she wouldn't tell me. Clothes everywhere. No need to close down just need new Employee's.

Yikes. Talk about a hot mess. Displays are destroyed. Employees are rude and don't care to / can't answer questions. I frequently order online and go here to pick up my orders and it has taken up to 25 minutes for an associate to get my order from the back room. Only reason for the two stars is because I like the actual company and products, and I can always find a good deal for clothes online.

Stuck in line waiting for my wife to buy some sunglasses. Most of the staff is just walking around.

This place needs to be shut down. Clothes are everywhere they don’t have anything, I rather go the extra mile and cost the one in West county, much much cleaner. These workers are immature they’re worried about being on the phone and entertaining friends, the worker whose name starts with an E is very disrespectful. I shop at forever 21 for everything but this store gave me the best wake up call. I will be investing my business elsewhere because it’s clear forever 21 do not respect your business!

I think this manager needs to fire the entire staff.horrible service and I think they need to go over the employee handbook for dress code attire because I don't think they know what business casual is

It really is sad how downhill Forever 21 has gone in the past couple of years. Especially this location. The employees are rude, insufficient, and lazy. I waited for a fitting room for five minutes as 5 of the workers stood in front of me gossiping, blatantly ignoring me. I left and my business was lost. In addition to the terrible work ethic of the employees, the store is a complete mess. It feels like a thrift store, but dirtier and more expensive. Please do something about the management of this store as I actually like the clothes at Forever 21, but the experience of shopping here is awful.

Came in from out of town, this was the store I was really looking forward to going to. I've worked retail.and I can understand a store can sometimes get pretty messy. But this store was absolutely ridiculous, and the employee's weren't doing anything to fix it. Many were sitting down in the fitting rooms having a conversation and on their phones. The unclean environment made me feel overwhelmed and I had to leave without making a purchase.
