I needed to rent a tiller for half a day. It happened to be on a Saturday, and this business is closed Sunday. Although I’d previously been told before that if I rented on Saturday and returned on Monday, then I wouldn’t be charged for Sunday because it couldn’t be returned on Sunday, this was not the answer I was given this time.

I was told I’d be charged a day and a half to rent the tiller and use it for half a day Saturday.

I own a local, family owned business and do my best to shop local, but I refuse to give my business to anyone that operates this way.

I’d strongly suggest that you bring your business elsewhere if it’s an option. I’m severely disappointed with the customer service of this business.

Prices here are slightly higher than the big box stores but worth the difference with the customer service they provide. They have a good inventory and knowledgeable people who know there products and services. They also know how to smile and greet you by name. They know how to treat people
