Forsyth Nursing & Rehab reviews
7My step dad had a recent stay there after a stroke we had a good experience there staff was friendly and warm especially Daniel and they got him stronger with therapy and good food our family would recommend.
I love the staff they are all very friendly and efficient other job. My complaint is laundry. I don't know if they hire people who cannot read or what I label my clothes for them to go somewhere else. And if you're coming here don't bring socks they don't get return to you.
The food is terrible. They don't have enough help. Most of the aids are awesome
I would not recommend this place to anyone. There are 5 or 6 really great aids and a couple of good nurses here that I dearly love. I was told I was rude and had complained about all of the staff. That is not true I have complained about 1 or 2. Most of the ladies I have a great caring bond with. If you do come here, hire a cook or eat out. The nurses do no like being questioned about changes in medications. The expect you to just shut up and take it.
If I could leave no stars, I would.
My mother is currently in this nursing home and she has MS. About everyday she tells me how when she soils herself, she has to wait about 4-5 hours to be changed. They leave her in her own soil and wont respond to her button call or anything. My mother is unable to use her legs, so she needs assistance. In order to get ANYONE to come assist her she has to scream at the top of her lungs in order for anyone to pay her any mind, and once she has caught the attention of someone, the rush in her room and fuss at her for screaming. Well what else is she suppose to do!? This happens more than once everyday.
Upper management needs to hire more staff because this is ridiculous. No one should sit in a diaper full of soil for hours end. Im not mad at the staff themselves because I understand its hard for 4 people to run around and take care of 40 patience everyday, but PLEASE HIRE MORE STAFF!
My mother passed away February 20th in this nursing home. Nobody had the audacity to tell me that she was in her final stages or that she passed away. They told me that that I wasn't on their contact list, but they were able to contact me about the nursing home being closed due to Covid 19. So they did have my contact information. Just because they dropped the ball and didn't want to do their job don't lie to me about it. It's pathetic that you have to hear
from an outside source that this happened. I never liked this nursing home I'd never let my dog stay here.
My dad lives here. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and they genuinely seem to care for the residents.
