I live here full time with with my Autistic grandson and my 3 pitbulls and 1 cat in a 2 bedroom apartment, I've been here over 2 years and happy being here. Stores are close!

Needs major repairs done and new furniture in every room here. You pay for what you get and this place isn't worth paying for really.

This hotel has nightly weekly and monthly rates The rooms are fairly reasonable for their rates There's no coffee makers and there is no ice machine there's no swimming pool or spas They do come with a mini fridge And flat screen TV There are people that do have animals there and they're smoking rooms um's however There's always cops around I heard there's undercovers that hang out hang out and as long as you're not doing nothing wrong you have really nothing to worry about

The owner of the hotel is nice. The other residents/tenants are nice as well. However, it needs some major updating. While the room I was in was very spacious, the dresser was missing a drawer, the furniture was filthy and falling apart. The carpet needs a steaming. The flooring was coming up and there were mismatched tiles. For me, it was not a very uplifting environment. While there were no bugs which is a bonus, I wouldn't stay again. I think the owner could easily take some time to find cheap or even free furniture on Facebook marketplace to make it a nicer environment for his guests.

It smells weird as soon as you walk in. It’s a very strong powerful smell. I rented the room thinking maybe the smell wouldn’t be in there. I got inside the room and it smelled like mildew the floor was stained and dinghy. I sat on the bed and the bed sank in like it was a worn out mattress to where you could feel the springs. The min fridge was broken and open. I left to get a room somewhere else came back to get a refund. He said they don’t do refunds, even though there was nothing anywhere saying so. I just left and cut my losses. Please be warned. From now on I will see the rooms before I pay.

The owner/manager here is a very nice guy and very friendly to everyone. But the rooms are out dated and so is the furniture. Needs major updates and needs major new furniture. But all and all it's not a bad place to stay on a over night pit stop to get a break from driving.

The landlord and housekeeper is amazing people. They are affordable especially for long term stay. Pet friendly and allows service pets. Very clean. If something needs fix he has it fix

It sounded like the guy upstairs was running on a treadmill all night, an the long term rental persons leave notes for each other everywhere.

I was in room 208 a few days ago did u find my car title in there? I can't get a answer on the phone

We came there at 12 o'clock at night the olwner the only employee was sleeping. Guess what nationality he was. The only person that responded to us ringing the bell and calling on the phone was a crackhead. He told us if the guy is not getting up is not gonna be able to give you a Room this is the shadiest place in fort Leonard

Love having good people around. Ive seen some of the reviews and they are not all true. Both the owner and his wife speak fluent english, the rooms are not top shelf obviously, itbis a travelers motel with long term stay. Everyone is friendly here one of the owners is always on site if there are issues. They have been here for over a decade and are renovating different areas constantly. The laundry room is accessible all hours as is both lobby areas. I feel safe and comfortable and above all welcomed.

Very bad! Got cover in bed bug bites. Owner very rude when told him he had bed bugs. Price was way more then advertised just a terabyte place
