This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. I ordered a washer and dryer with Home Depot and they used this company as a third party delivering service. For one my washer wasn’t installed properly and caused damages to my home. I’ve now been dealing with this company for almost 3 months to try and get the issue resolved. The first person I worked with, JB, was rude and unprofessional. I then requested to work with a manager, but sadly no improvement. Their communication and accountability is terrible. Just ready to be reimbursed so I never have to deal with them again.

Had a complaint with GE about my dishwasher. They sold me a new one at a discounted rate. This company delivered and installed the dishwasher. The unit had a bent door, they installed without all the parts and did not even put on the insulation blanket. They literally slid it under the cabinet and then put two screws in and left. What a joke. Don't use these people ever.

Had a $1500 item delivered with obvious damage to the outside of the container the item was packaged inside. The driver told me, "if you open the package it's yours". He also refused to take the package back if I refused delivery! Sooooo? !? This package was also insured. Beware of this company!
