Four Seasons Dental Company-Nida Palmer, DDS, Ballwin MO

Dr. Palmer is the best. She is fantastic with my 5 and 8 year old and I really appreciate her professionalism with me as well. While I don't love going to the dentist in general, Dr. Palmer makes the experience painless.

Finding myself having to confront a dental emergency, yet being new to the region, I was relieved to discover Four Seasons Dental, which hosted several 5-star reviews online. Luckily, the practice was able to fit me in on short notice. Unfortunately, I did not receive 5-star service.

The administrative assistant was efficient while being extremely congenial over the phone as I made an appointment, which helped calm my anxiety (dental issues tend to be rather nerve-racking). Once I arrived, her professionalism continued, creating a welcoming atmosphere of reassurance.

Shortly thereafter, I was called back, met the doctor, and my concern was addressed in a timely manner. However, in the process, the doctor made a rather wry comment concerning my profession (I am a literature professor and novelist). Given that she is not only the clinic’s sole dentist, she is its owner, this alarmed me. Assuming she meant no harm, I let it pass.

Grateful for the prompt service, I agreed to allow Four Seasons to become my family dentist. I scheduled an appointment to have a comprehensive exam, cleaning, and—time permitting—possibly even a filling during my next visit.

Months later, upon my return, I was once again cordially greeted by the administrative assistant. This warm reception was echoed by the dental assistant, who patiently guided me through a series of x-rays before the doctor arrived, who conducted my exam and presented me with a treatment plan.

Oddly, and admittedly perhaps having misunderstood or misremembering the original appointment schedule of exam/cleaning/possible filling, once the doctor finished making her recommendations, she announced my appointment had come to an end, but not before making another directed comment relating to my line of work.

As the saying goes, “Fool me once... ”: Given the consistency of her presumptuous remarks, it was clear the doctor’s poor bedside manner was by no means coincidental and was pointedly deliberate. I was paying to have dental work done, not be repeatedly insulted, therefore I cannot in good conscience recommend Four Seasons Dental.

Talk about an amazing dentist and staff! Dr. Nida Palmer is wonderful! I’ve known her for nearly 20 years and I can tell you how smart, thorough and kind she is. I am so appreciative of her and her team! In a nutshell, you must visit this office if you are looking for an office that exceeds your expectations every time! Her office is beautiful and I always have a good experience.

I am so happy I found Four Seasons Dental! Dr. Palmer and her staff are so kind and patient. They take the time to explain things, make sure you're comfortable, and allow you to ask questions. They never make me feel rushed and I really appreciate that they walked me through my appointment step by step so I knew exactly what to expect. I went in for the first time last week and had a follow up appointment today - the front desk lady even remembered my name which made me feel so welcomed.

I absolutely recommend Four Seasons Dental to anyone looking for a kind and caring team. I don't think I'll ever say I love going to the dentist, but this group helps get me about as close to enjoying it as you can get:)

Dr. Palmer is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I was nervous about switching to a new dentist but instantly felt at home when I walked in the door. The staff is just as amazing as her. I love her attention to detail, care, compassion for me and my family, and just all around a great doctor. I will never go anywhere else and will always recommend her to anyone I know.

Everyone here is amazing and Dr. Palmer is a pleasure to work with. Anyone who is looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend you go with Four Seasons Dental Company.

I had not been to a dentist in so long that I was having nightmares about my teeth falling out. Dr Palmer took extra time to talk to me and go over my x-rays showing that my roots were strong and I had one tiny cavity that she took care of so quickly. 10/10

Doctor Palmer is by far the best dentist I have ever used. Her detailed, compassionate, warm demeanor coupled with putting the patients needs and desires first earns her FIRST PLACE. I had two teeth that needed some custom additions, not just for cosmetic reasons but to eliminate some sensitivity issues. The ENTIRE PROCESS WAS PAIN FREE. Her entire staff reflects a deep family connection, unlike many corporate dental offices.

and trustworthy in her treatment recommendations. Its clear her goal is a healthy, attractive smile. Unlike other dentists she isn't pushy and she is willing to explore options that best fit the budget and insurance. She has the best analogies!

Dr. Nina Palmer and her staff were amazing. They made my first dentist visit ever a very pleasant experience. I have enjoyed their care even with an impacted wisdom tooth.

This place is great! They are Covid compliant, wearing masks and face shields for all staff, and checking temps at the door. Everyone was so kind and Dr. Palmer was the first dentist I trusted right off the bat. Definitely go here if you’re looking for a new spot in the Ballwin, MO area.

Dr. Palmer is awesome. She takes time to explain the "why and how" around what is going on with my teeth and her reccomendations. She is also very cognizant of making sure her patients are comfortable at all times during procedures. Strong and friendly communicator! I have had 2 dental hygienists and each have been very kind and professional.

Super fast, super nice, and super professional. I’ve lived all over the US and had multiple dentists. My experience with Dr. Nida and her staff at Four Seasons was top notch. I’d highly recommend them to anyone new in St. Louis.

This practice has 5 stars, and absolutely deserves it. Dr. Palmer is incredibly kind, intentional with her practices, and without a doubt makes you feel incredibly comfortable. Prior to coming here, I hadn’t been to a dentist in ten years, and had a fear of the dentist from a traumatic experience experience with another practice. Dr. Palmer, her assistants, even the administrative assistant were all so kind, and willing to help however they could. I can’t explain enough the amount of confidence I have now that I’m able to smile with a mouth full of healthy teeth. Thank you so much Dr. Palmer & friends!

Dr. Nida is one of the most caring dentists you will find! She is thorough, patient, and very intelligent in her craft. I would highly suggest giving her office a try if you are looking for a qualified dentist to take care of you.
