Four States Dental Care reviews
12Took the time to help and extract the infected tooth instead of referring me to a oral surgeon, which saved me time and money.
I went into the office with a painful tooth and a bundle of nerves. The Dr. Explained everything that he was doing and helped me feel more comfortable, I left with no more pain and a plan for follow up procedures
The exam was the most thorough I have ever had when seeing a dentist. All the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable.
Very excited to visit four states dental. I think I will be very happy there.

All office staff and Dr Ojeleye were very kind. Dr Ojeleye was very good to explain my options for future dental care.
The team at Four States take such attention and care to my oral needs. They are nothing short of amazing when taking care of their clients. Thanks SO Much! Leesa
I love everything about this place. The techs, the dentists, even the office staff is great. You can't go wrong with this place! Highly recommended?
Very nice facility. Everyone there was very helpful and easy to talk to. Great place to go
Dr. Simmons and Jenna were great at Four States Dental Care! I was a new patient and they made me feel very welcomed and explained everything they were doing.
Four states office in Monett Mo accommodated me with a next day appt for my severe tooth pain which suddenly started as I travel though monett.
The staff was courteous, and thoughtful. Within 10 mins of X RAYS I was surprised at being able to as the paient view them as Dr Salar did a through exam.
He did as much as he was allowed and could do to help reduce my pain. His office staff went as far as setting up a proposed plan of treatment. All costs plain and simple up front. Dr Salar put me at ease as I'm not from this area.
I was able to quickly get a needed prescription and referral. Confident in his care I went on my way.
The ppl are wonderful. Very professional. However the cost is crazy high! It was 383 for x-rays and pulling 1 tooth! All the work I need was 20k.yes I can get a grant but 20k! They kept saying it was due to what tools they had to use! I'm on SSI, how am I supposed to pay that? If it wasn't for that I'd give 5 stars.
Edit: I have finally gotten my teeth for the top! Only bad part is she didn't glue them in so I already have wear spots! So uncomfortable.
