I had an appointment scheduled with a lash tech by the name of Blake. She was unprofessional, my appointment was set for 5pm on a Tuesday. I arrived at the shops at 4: 43pm, sat and waited. It wasn’t until the shop owner had to call her because at that time it was 5: 10pm. He spoke to the lash tech and let her know her 5pm appointment here. He let me know she will call me in a few, it took her not even 5 minutes to call me. She let me know that, she was in Miami and had missed her flight and asked could she do it the next day. I agreed. Once i left i scrambled to find another tech to squeeze me in due to the fact Blake inconvenienced me. She never offered a discount off the price all i got was an apology and her saying that she tried to contact me earlier to let me know she wasn’t in town, which is a call or text i NEVER received. Please be careful about booking with her, she’s a young lady and obviously isn’t about her money. If you had clientele booked why would you miss your flight? I even texted her later that evening asking for my deposit to be refunded, i got no response back!

I've been going there for years. I know everyone. They treat me like family and all who comes. Their clients are friends with each other. A Very friendly Atmosphere everyone knows everyone. On top of all that, Excellent service. Each Staff member has 20 years experience.

This salon is modern, upscale and they adhere to Covid 19 requirements of wearing mask and disinfecting regularly. Hair stylists are friendly and have diverse skills. Appointments are timely.
