Ignored for 45 min!
I went in with my friend a few days ago to get pedis. I had called 30 min before we came in to make sure they had room for us, and they told us yes. When we arrived, we only waited about 5 min for our chairs. That’s where the good service stopped. We sat in our chairs, but the water was a little too hot, so I asked the woman who started the water to make it a little cooler. Instead, she turned on the cold water and let it fill my tub. Straight cold water. I would’ve said something had someone come to check on me! Then, a woman starts doing my friends toes. I figured, ok they’ll have someone over to do me in a few minutes. Nope! My friend got an entire pedicure while I sat there in cold water. Again, I would have said something had someone, ANYONE, even looked in my direction. Instead, they had staff start 3 OTHER pedicures of people that had shown up long after me. I was going to leave because I didn’t have time to hang out at the nail salon all day, until they pretty much forced me to stay saying they could do it in 30 min. It was done in 30 min, but it was not at all relaxing. On top of that, my friend and I wanted the glamorous pedicures (one of their levels of pedis), but no one ever asked what we wanted. So we got basics. Whatever, it costs less, but at the end of the day I didn’t even want to pay for the service because of how ignored I was and how rushed the service ended up being. Sure, I told them I needed to leave so it was rushed, but it shouldn’t have taken them almost an hour to get over to help me! I would’ve asked for a discount to help lessen my horrible experience, but I didn’t think they would care enough about their customers coming back to do so.
NOT COMING BACK!

Nice staff. Quick service, but not the cleanest shop. Dusty, service cards are sticky, floors need sweeping. A good wipe down is necessary here.

Lala is amazing! She does an amazing job! The entire staff is so friendly and it is such a fun environment. Highly recommend!

I’ve gone to Lala for over 6 months. She’s so sweet. Let’s me pic designs off Pinterest and rocks them out. She’s in demand so I have to book in advance but she’s so worth it!

Bad experience 3 times. I kept trying because my friends like this place. Showed up for my appointment only to be told my provider had been fired the day before. No phone call, no explanation. I had to ask if there was anyone else that could see me. Big communication barrier on what I wanted (it was just dip) someone else had to interpret the number of the color for her. Very frustrating. Will not be going back.

So I have been a loyal client of theirs for years and normally book appointments before I go in. Normally when I go into get service there I get a mani and a pedi. So this past week on Monday 12/19/2022 at 330pm I didn’t book an appointment and walked in. Now before I get to it I asked if they can fit me in for a mani pedi and they said it would be fine! So I waited for like 10 minutes. And they sat me in the back corner of their pedi section and started my pedi. Now normally when I would get a pedicure there they would ask me what one I wanted and get out a new set of tools to use. That did not occur. They used OLD used tools to do my feet and toes. Ew. And then when that was finished (quite quickly I might add) not doing the normal scrub or hot towel treatment. They told me they couldn’t do my manicure. They had a couple people walk in that they were going to service instead of me. I was very upset by this. If they didn’t have time for me then I would have stopped by next week but instead they gave me service that was less than desirable and charged me for one of there more expensive pedicures. I will not be returning.
