Frank Fletcher Hyundai, Joplin MO

I went to look at a new vehicle, I wasn't sure what car I wanted. I just wanted to see the vehicle first hand to get a feel for it. The salesman, after first only talking to my husband, continued to pressure us way more than what was comfortable. I've been car shopping the past couple weeks, so I've talked to a lot of sales people. This man was the rudest of all. He then proceeded to tell my husband "well, I'm ready to let this car go today. " my husband said "my wife isn't ready to make a decision"
then the salesman says "this is how I feed my family, you know. " No, thank you. Will never buy a vehicle from any Fletcher dealership. I will gladly drive to Kansas City or Springfield for any future purchase.

I love the Hyundai vehicles, but the service department is untrustworthy. For 3 years I have taken my car in to their service department for the 6 month oil change and to have the tires rotated. They never rotated my tires during those 3 years, although they will document on their service ticket that they did rotate the tires. So now I have to buy new tires because I was not able to get the full life out of my current tires. If you do take your car in to have the tires rotated, make sure to mark the tires so you can see if they did the job or not.

Had a great experience buying from Levi Botts! Negotiations were super easy. No pressure whatsoever. Got a great deal on my trade-in. Agreed on a price that both of us were happy with. The whole process was smooth and painless. Felt like they wanted to develop a longterm relationship and not just another sale. I would definitely buy from Fletcher Hyundai again and would definitely go with Levi!

Great bunch of people, we've been using this Hyundai service and dealership location for over 11 years now. Had a little hiccup after an oil change, nothing dire - let the guys know and the service manager quickly rectified it. We appreciated the effort, thanks Hyundai Service Team and Zeb!

Terrible place to buy a vehicle don't ever come here to where "Seth" will come off a good person but cost you in the end and make up things and not honest

Marcus did a great job follow up and made the buying process enjoyable. I felt he really worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Also, Seth was also a great asset and help in approving and closing the deal. Five stars for those two gentlemen and fletcher on the deal.

I would HIGHLY recommend Frank Fletcher Hyundai. I had slot of questions and concern about which vehicle and my Salesman: Michael Alberta was just awesome. He was very patient, not pushy. Knowledgeable and answered every question and consern very professionally. I did purchase the Hyundai Kona, being very impressed with the safety and warranties. The excellent customer Service is a bonus. Very pleased with my choice.

Kodey and Marcus have been so helpful with walking me through the process of buying my first car! Even weeks after the paperwork has been processed they have still been able to answer the multiple questions I have come up with and do so with a smile on their face! Never once have I felt like they were just in this business for the money but have always treated me like an actual human being!
