Marcel John, had some of the best customer service i have experienced in a very long time. He answered all the questions i had and truly felt like sincere service. I would highly recommend asking for him when in in search of a new vehicle, and great service.

Marcel is great to talk to and get to know, he is a great listener and gives great feedback or advice. He is really great on hearing out what concerns or issues come about, but he is very stern on his way of talking and wanting to be the person that can help out! Great worker, great talker and amazing customer service. Would recommend this guy to a new car buyer right now, he's not too assertive but will be patient with your time and questions.

The shifter linkage grommet broke on my Sienna while traveling and in Joplin last Saturday morning while it was raining. Since it was a Saturday, they only had one tech available that could work on it and he was booked with a timing belt change and other work. The Service advisor, Mike, noticed that I lived 3hrs away and had the lube techs push my van in to get it ready for the mechanic to work on my Sienna and contacted me shortly before closing and they fixed the $3 part that had stranded me and finished shortly after closing and I was able to get to the rest of the Marian Days celebration and get home over the weekend instead of being stranded.great service on a very short notice with my vehicle being towed there and luckily able to finish my vehicle.

Sadly I will never be doing business with Frank Fletcher Toyota. I went there informed they had new Tacomas coming in and I was eager to purchase one, but was informed they are charging $1,900 above sticker! Because of the “market”. This is frowned upon by the manufacturer and drives potential sales away. I then drove to Reliable Toyota in Springfield and put a deposit down on an incoming Tacoma. For $200 below MSRP. Don’t listen to “market adjustments” it is a bunch of bologna.

Lucas was great to work with! At first I went in looking to buy a Toyota hylander. Lucas let me test drive the Subaru Forester and I fell in love! Cori with insurance was awesome to work with also. I am pleased with my service!

Coady in Sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is star as a salesman and made the whole process enjoyable. I cannot speak highly enough about him and he has gained a customer for life. It took 6 months to get new Sienna but that was manufacturing not the dealers fault and Coady maintained a good line of communication throughout the process to keep me informed of the delivery status.

The staff at Fletcher Toyota did not pressure me for added features. They gave me a fair trade-in for my current vehicle. Taking delivery of the vehicle was straight forward and there were no surprises in the entire process. It was definitely worth the hour plus drive to work with Fletcher Toyota. I feel like they truly valued my business!
