All of their advertisements make it sound like their "credit amnesty" program allows a person a super low down payment even with challenged credit. This is entirely why I went to them, but thank goodness I didn't make the hour+ drive and waste anymore time. After a couple phone calls, I was told that I'd need either a cosigner or $3500 down.and confirmed that that WITH the credit amnesty program. What a crock.

Any car lot NOT offering any kind of credit break wants that much for a down payment. What's the point of Leta's "credit amnesty" other than a bait and switch tactic?

Salesman had us do a applications on something we were approved the day before.for then told us he was waiting on a bank which was a lie.sold the car we had money down for and we even had a co signer and sold it to someone else right in front of us this place was horrible on communication and very unprofessional and misleading! Just sad and such a letdown Ran my husband mom and my credit for no reason…tried to put us a banged up subura with front end damage, busted out headlight and a hood that wouldn’t close after he sold the car we were applying for who wants to pay a carnote on a vehicle that has clearly been banged up.smh.had we known the car was up for grabs we have left the down payment with him the night before which he could’ve mentioned

This place is a joke. Don’t take your car there to get fixed. They have no idea what they’re doing and will lie to you.

I had a great experience. Salesman Javon went over and beyond to get me into my vehicle. He answer all of my questions, very friendly and professional. He insured me that he would make sure I drove off the lot in the vehicle that fit me. He held up to his word and my car payment was lower than I expected. Holy cow, teach your employees some customer service and phone skills. I spent about 8 min on the phone with someone in parts before being placed on hold, during those 8 min he asked me 3 times which side I was looking for, then he placed me on hold for another 5 min before coming back to tell me he didn't know what he was looking for. What a waste of time, don't buy Mitsubishi.
