Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Belton MO

Horrible place to go. Sunday night gnats in the restaurant and on the food. Had a chicken sandwich that was chewy and raw. When shown to the employee (one with yellow hair) was told that there chicken is precooked and they cook for 4 minutes and she won't give a refund. Well then it was raw when it was shipped. My 10 year old son almost threw up. They gave attitude (same yellow haired person) when asked for the plain cheeseburger that was ordered. Another burger was smashed so much while cooking it was hard and crusty couldn't eat it. They had to add the chili and cheese to the hot dog because they forgot it.
When my husband tried to talk to Maggie the manager she told him Mayne he shouldn't come back. There was no apology and when she went to get her managers number she and her coworks had a good laugh. I could understand confusion while making the food if it was busy but it was us 2 cars in line and the employees inside. After we got our food one other couple came in. Wish I could take stars away for food prep, bugs and employee manners.

Normally I don't complain but when i feel something could be helpful in training employees or be helpful in some way.and a reminder when you order: burgers are thin, order a double!
It's a filler to tie you over when you are on a long road trip.

The 3 star is because we went through drive through and the cashier handed us our bag and "accidently" dropped change in the bag which landed in the French fries that where spilled over. And not only were the fries touching the dirty change, the ketchup packets with something sticky like honey all over them were also mixed into fries.
Also, pop was flat.

If you drop dirty items in a bag, at least take the burger containers out, start a new bag, put new fries in, find the change in the other bag and make sure all condiment packets are laying on top of napkins covering fries.

I am sorry to complain but Last Friday we waited close to 30 minutes. We got Fries from the bott m were poor. Usually they were great and hot. I ordered onion rings and we didn’t get any in the order. We paid for them but we’re no rings in the bag we we received. I know we waited for almost 30 minutes but ordinarily given and paid for.

Although the price is a little higher- it is always worth stopping in- food is hot and made to order

Ordered a chocolate shake and it was very thick and delicious. I looked over the menu and next time I go, will get the Chicago Dogs

I can count on Freddy's to get what you order. I have only had one boo-boo in 6 months of
Living in Belton. That's in 15 to 20 times. It's hard to cook for one person so I eat out a lot.

Freddy's in Belton MO is very good. The food is great.the place is kept clean and the staff is very well trained. Highly recommended.

Had a burger to go and it was wonderful. They also gave me a coupon for a free meal later for bring a veteran. Thank you.

I enjoy eating here, the burgers are great, not so keen on the fry's. Overall it is great

Evening drive through staff need to work on their customer service, at least whoever was working at window this evening 11/1/21.

Great food, friendly and helpful and courteous staff, also efficient, despite long lines, but worth the wait.

The food is outstanding, & I loved it. I had a bacon double cheeseburger, & fries. I also had a shake with coffee syrup, & caramel added. I loved it!

Freddy's gets a lot of hate in my friend circles for having "burnt burgers". But sometimes I get a craving for a good Smash Burger with crispy edges and Freddy's does not disappoint. Couole that with well salted shoelace fries and a delicious fry sauce, you'll be hard pressed to find very many better fast food burger experiences.

The service at this location in particular was also excellent.

Freddie's was great. The burgers were thin but delicious, burgers have no matchup, loved it. Fries were shoe string, done perfect. Shakes made out of custard. Very good. Prices are a little high, but food well worth it.

Super thin patties. Resembles burnt cheese. Middle of the burger is good. Has great taste. Super thin fries. Eat em by the handful. Fast service and friendly staff. Clean place with lots of options.

You can't really go wrong with Freddie's. All the locations are fast and fresh. The fries aren't convenient to eat. I like to mix them in the burger box with the fry sauce and eat with a fork.

On this particular visit I did not order anything, however, my sister did because she absolutely loved Freddie's.
It is good and tastey, yes.
I just don't like "shoestring" fries or that fry sauce.
I will say that the "Hawaiian" sundae is the bees knees!
I actually like Culver's way better!

Pretty good place to eat food tasted good.most of the staff seem pretty young, some of them not very professional, just getting loud or ornery with each other while their working which makes it look a little chaotic. Got two burgers back with condiments that I requested to not have on it.
