Only Freddys I did not enjoy or felt welcomed. Went on 12 Oct at 1817. Never again will I be back at this location. Manager on duty was not professional. Order 143

0 for 2 I went again to give it a shot, I noticed the hand sanitizers empty when attempted to clean my hands. I informed Jayla A and the Hispanic cashier. Both could not care less and did and said nothing.

Overall burgers, custards, and concretes are good.the cheese curds are nice as well.location does get pretty busy even as the night goes on.they were training a new person so did seem like they had a backlog of orders.there is a mobile and carry out option from the app so that is nice.a bit confusing on carryout area in the store itself

Love the retro interior.great shakes.the party melt was to die for.and the speedy service was just on point. First time going. Won't be my last

The workers were extremely friendly and the food oh goodness what can I say.fast, hot and oh so good. My only complaint is I can never finish all of it in one serving. Luv this place.

Staff well versed with the extensive menu. The prep cooks work together well in assembly of food orders and the attention to small details was filled. Excellent speedy, accurate service!

Update: I wrote my review on their website and they quickly respond. I like the fact that they care about customers satisfaction alot, and they want to hear from you. They told me they will make sure that quality will meet their standards in my next visits.
First review: I really like the foods there. The quality is beyond the price. But there are two major problems that I think the management should take care of those: first, they are slow and all the time there is a line there which slowly moves. Even I ordered online for pick up, they never informed me that my food is ready, and I had to go and ask if it is ready after a reasonable time. Second is that the name of the company is including Frozen Custard, but their Custards are not Frozen! It is liquid Custard. I went there several times and every time I received a liquid Custard. I tried different flavors and all of them were so tasty but liquid.
I will update my review if I see any progress.

Mobile pick up: The service was extremely slow and the fries were cold and extremely salty. Napkins and straws were not included, forcing me to enter the restaurant (where four male customers were unmasked).

First time here and it was amazing. The food was fresh and so delicious. I bought food for me and my mom, then turned and bought food for someone else. I definitely will be back. The manger even gave me free cheese sauce because it was my first time coming. I can’t wait to come back!

My two issues with Freddy's are
1) why do they smash the bun? It completely ruins the burger. Steak N Shake and Freddy's should both burn all of their bun boards.
2) why do they smother the cheese fries with cheese? I could be completely fine with about half of the cheese they put on them. I don't enjoy drinking cheese and I'm pretty sure most people don't.

The staff no-one shows leadership all wearing masks either under chins or under their noses long sleeves sweatshirts not company shirts cooks no hair nets but bandannas on the heads some nothing at all on their head expectations was horrible never will I go there again.

Car got stolen while picking up food.

Bad location with a high crime rate. Sadly, won’t be back since it’s too far to walk.

My order was missing 3 things I caught 2 before I left they had to remake 1 of the burgers before we left because it was wrong. The food was ok. I gave my kid my food because we didn't get her chicken strips and I wasn't going back after all the other mistakes. I will go to a different location next time.

Frederick burgers are the worst stage ride a two crispy they don't have no seasoning on fries too hard can't even take the potatoes in a fry I say this is the worst experience I had in my lifetime with Burgers I guess it's an invitation to steak'n'shake definitely anything good in there is ice

It's a good substitute for steak and shake but my one complaint is that between the music and the people cooking in the back it's so loud that I have to borderline yell to get my order in, now with the masks this problem has only gotten worse. Everytime I go now i just expect them to get one part of my order wrong.

I've heard such great things about Freddy's. Did curbside the other night and it was mediocre. Planning to dine in to have a chance to eat it hot and fresh. If covid ever goes away.

My favorite burger is the thin smashed patty with plenty of pickle, onion & mustard that Fredy's. If you like chocolat the brownie concrete is chocolate heaven with lots of small brownie bits. There isn't a lot of indoor seating but with the weather improving there is a very nice outdoor patio. I do have to compliment the staff on the cleaning process they use to clean a booth. Kudos!

I have order here three times the first time was my first time ever eating here so I wanted to order again the second time was ok they forgot to put my sauce in the bag and my food was thrown together and it was cold. Now today hoping I’ll catch a person that handle food with care I order again. Guest what the same thing happen the cheese is hard on my cheese fries the food was cold and they just threw my burger together. The cook needs to be fired and whoever the manger is on this shift needs to be switched treat ppl food with care. This location is off my list never again this is my second time getting a refund for my food I don’t care about a refund I want my food to be right. Is that to much to ask? To bad my first experience was well worth the money I spent. But after today I’ll past.

The food was okay steak n shake really. The guy handing me my food was rude and seemed off. He kept trying to put my straws in the bag. As if he lost his train of thought. So much so i just waited for him to realize what he was doing. I then requested some bar b que sauce and he stood there and waited for me to actually tell him I need bar b que sauce. Chances are I will not be eating here anymore.
