Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers, Lee's Summit MO

Went twice first time the cheese curds was soaked in grease fries were cold manager gave us 2 coupons for free meals went back week later ordered our food was told we can only use one coupon after I told them we paid for 2 meals last week that was gross thats why we got them they finally accepted them then we got home had fresh hot fries on top cold nasty fries under that hamburger was over cooked tasted bad later that night yep it was coming back up use to love Freddy's but after that I'll never go back

Dry burgers with crunchy edges. Soggy, flimsy fries. Burger boxes weren't marked as to what it was. Think the order was wrong too but not positive. THOUGH THE CONCRETE WAS VERY GOOD, EXCELLENT EVEN & THEY GIVE YOU THE APPROPRIATE THICK STRAW & A SPOON. So that's good.

Don't know if it is the fries or the burger. But I never get full. The custard is the best. I think it is better than Culvers as dar as custard.

Just want to share how much we love Freddy's. We moved out of town last year and came back for the fries and custard tonight. I immediately noticed as we walked in, how dirty it smelled and that there was trash everywhere. Felt it kinda went down hill since last time we were here. I know it's a Saturday night and its busy. I get it. But, there were several workers not doing anything. We sat on the other side of the restaurant and ate. Food was great while we listened to workers cuss loudly while there were several elderly people inside eating. Both bathrooms were disgusting, smelled and trash everywhere. Was a let down. Going through the drive thru if theres a next time.

We go to Freddy's all the time at a different location and it is great. This location was different. Fries were lukewarm and overcooked, or maybe the oil needed changed out. Many tables to be cleaned, but lots of workers standing around in the kitchen and elsewhere doing nothing. Napkins put in dispenser backwards. Easily the worst experience we have had at a Freddy's. Sad thing is we were driving our daughter and two grandkids home from the airport to live here now and this is not the first experience we wanted them to have as we have another Freddy's closer to our home location. Hope we can convince them to come back with us next time we want to go.

Our first option to eat when we visit the Bike Stop near to this fast food. We love their French fries and double Freddy original burger.

Great place! It would be helpful, however, if there were.
2 trash containers at the main exit doors of restaurant. Usually full and overflowing. It is great to make a place even better for their guests.

Place was very dirty and unkept. Employees were too busy throwing ice and playing when they should have been doing something like cleaning. Won’t be going back.

Surprised I didn't get a spoon with my concrete order at the drive through. What i did ge was a big straw plenty strong enough to finish the whole thing while i was driving.

Last time our order was wrong! Today we went, my husband’s concrete was like a drink! I had a chocolate shake, in it there was a piece of nasty strawberry, plus it wasn’t thick just soupy! It appears some cleaning is in order, there needs to be some supervision! Just a waste of money, and we have worked hard for ours, but won’t waste any further on this Freddy’s! Met Freddy years ago in Wichita, what a nice man, how disappointed he would be!

Food was cold. Fries were nasty. Employees were rude. Floors were dirty. And took forever for our food to be ready. We waited over 25 minutes and still got cold food.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. The food is always good. But the service, not so much. There is always a very long wait. Even if there aren’t that many cars in the drive through. Super slow no matter what.
But the last couple times I’ve gone, the staff has been down right rude. The first time, I asked a girl what the drink was that she handed me, very politely. She just shakes her head, raises her hands up like she doesn’t know what’s going on, and then walks away. I’m like, what in the world just happened? I went through another time and I don’t know if it was the same girl or not, but she was so rude, very short, and just rude. I ended up just driving off. I won’t go back there again.

Ordered patty melt and had no onions so I call and they tell me yes it should have onions and offer to replace it. I get the replacement and still not one onion.

I LOVE Freddy's. This is a go to for a steakburger and thin fries. If you love a good thin smashburger then you have to try Freddy's. Honestly your life wouldn't be complete if you've never had it.

1st time there. Hamburgers are very thin & flat. French fries are very skinny. They serve Frozen Custard but I didn't eat any. Sister did though.

Was to Freddy's this past Saturday for a carryout order. All was okay until the pick-up. When the young woman called my number, all I saw was what looked to be a small chocolate shake. (the order was a medium oreo shake with burger and fries). I looked puzzled, wondering if the shake was mine and where the food was.

I didn't say much about it, but finally saw small bits of cookie crumbs in the shake so figured it was the oreo shake. I then asked where the food was. The young woman gave an array of looks that showed impatience and perhaps intolerance to whatever appeared off about me - and I did take that a bit personally. She then pointed to another counter. I explained that I had never been inside one of these and to give me a break.

The interaction left a bad taste and I found it to be very unfortunate of an otherwise good visit.

Don't have a huge problem with the food. Just the accuracy of the order the last few times at this location. Double check and make sure your order is complete, otherwise you might get something wrong, a lot of the time.
