Pricey. Machines in good condition. Has drop-off (1.75/14.75minimum 7Nov2023. Has a small arcade & is TV-less (plus for me)

Absolutely appalled by how rude and unprofessional the employees are. One of the machines stole my money and she wasn’t willing to help me in anyway. Including contacting a manager to see what could be done. Will not be returning and I’ve came here for years.

The best laundry mat I have found in St Joseph MO. Pleasant place very clean big roomy and the workers are nice and do there jobs. Just wish it were closer.

This place has improved by leaps and bounds.
The people who work here are very nice and helpful. It is clean and the machines work well.

Drove one hour to this location because of good reviews.
Not what we expected.
Place was dirty, not well kept.
There is a worker, white real or fake red hair, she made the atmosphere uncomfortable.
She's yelling about someone spat in her face, and she's going after them.
She and others smoke in one of the entrances where children are coming in and out.
Washers were EXPENSIVE. I spend nearly $30 here.
It's not worth the drive.
I'm not sure if they have some restaurant going on, but I wouldn't eat here.
Driers are. 50 for 8 m

The attendant and manager were extremely aggressive. I have never been treated so bad in my life. I opened the big washer right after I started it because one of my crystals was banging around. The door opened right up, I removed the crystal and shut the door again. There was no forcing. There was no "vandalism" as the owners response stated. Both of the managers also stated that the lock had to be bent to open so im not sure why the owner is arguing over the wrong thing in the response. An error displayed across the screen so i politely asked the attendant for help. She stated that there were no refunds because i opened the door after it started. I apologized and asked for her help getting the error to go away and she said there was nothing she can do. She stated that the washers do not open once they start so I would have had to break the door to open it. I am not a muscular person and I have long nails so it would have been impossible for me to force it open. The door was not broken or bent in any way, yet the manager was demanding i pay them $300 for a lock that was clearly not broken. My wife asked why the washer would open so easily if it was impossible once it starts, and the attendant came about 4 inches from my wifes face and started spewing nasty words. I was appalled. We took our sopping wet clothes home and will try another laundromat tomorrow. Luckily I will get refunded from my bank because I did not receive the service I paid for. Just wanted to put this out there for anyone else to be aware of.

This place is a scam. I used two of the medium size “commercial” machines. My clothes were soaking wet at the end of the spin cycle. There was water still spraying on them after it said done. I had to ring them out outside before I the dryer, which I’m ended up taking 10X as long as it should have. I mentioned this to the worker and she confirmed that is how they run. Then she told me which dryers would actually get them dry.

This place is disgusting, the floors are always nasty, as well as the machines inside, and out! While the bigger lady employee just sits on her a**, and has a terrible attitude! The way I see it, if you don't like your job then find another! There's no reason to speak to anyone the way you did! What makes it worse is that she's supposed to be the manager. The owner must not care about having a disrespectful, and lazy manager run the place! I've read multiple reviews on here, talking about how rude the manager is and nasty the place, and machines are.if the owner were smart he'd get rid of her, as she's only costing them business! Because I will NEVER go back to that place! At least until that big lady has been replaced.

This place is awesome, has a bunch of machines, most a single load for it is 2-3 loads compared to a machine at home, good friendly staff

Prices are well extremely high compared to washers in kansas city Missouri and alot of there washers was down and staff was to busy playing on there phone but loved the look of the place 50s style
