Such a wonderful PCP! Even took my vitals himself and went over my meds in great detail! Very thorough! Would highly recommend!
Both the staff and doctor were helpful. This includes the ladies who checked me in, to the nurses/techs that took my vitals, and of course Dr. Balch. Very professional and always willing to listen to the patient. I prefer the whole team because they work awesome together!
I highly recommend Dr Balch. You never feel rushed during an appointment. He's always well prepared, knowledgeable and willing to listen to and discuss your concerns. He's always prompt when responding to issues through the MyMercy app as well. The office staff is great too and my appointments have almost always started on time. I'm very happy that I was able to find Dr Balch and I hope he stays in St Louis for a long time.
