Freeman Neosho Hospital : Emergency Room

Horrible! Horrible place! If you don't like being taken care of get out do not go here if you can go to joplin do it.they left my son with open wound for hour and half before we decided to leave! The staff are very rude I will never ever step foot in this place again I'd rather be hurt then deal with them again! They accuse you of things and are very judgemental people there.

Absolutely the worst place to ever go for an emergency I would rather go to joplin 45 Mins away than ever go here again! They don't care for you they throw you out even if there's something going on with you.

Never ever go here.left me untreated. Said I was thinking and feeling things that wasn't there that it was all in my head Told me to just go home. I was feeling movements of a baby and I had my tubes tied. They they were careless. Heartless I will never go here again I feel bad for all theose who got treated bad there.

I’m case of Emergency, go somewhere else. Bleeding out in the car would almost be better than going to this horrible place. Worst doctors and bedside manner.

I went in for a mental break that left me temporally mute. The service was good until i got into my room. Then the nurse comes in and says i need to speak when i try to write it down that i could not speak. She says "No i need you to speak and tell me what going on you could speak out there in admissions. I felt like she didn't read why they are admitting me I mean if she did what the hell did she think can't speak meant. The only reason i am giving 3 stars is for everyone else but that one nurse was horrible.

You have the nerve to call this place an emergency center? I sat for over 2 1/2 hours. Just for one shot of prednisone. I watched 6 people including myself walk out of the waiting room without being seen because it was taking so long. One man was fighting to breathe and in very obvious pain and had to sit for over an hour. He then used one of the nurses phones to call and tell his boss to come get him. He was exhausted and in a lot of pain. You don’t have to be a genius to know that’s not how health care facilities should be operating. The service at this “medical center” is a disgrace and the individuals in charge should be ashamed of how it’s ran. I’d rather walk to Joplin with a broken leg than deal with this center again.

Completely asinine this place is allowed to operate the way it does. I highly recommend an extended trip to Joplin if at all possible. Farris and Edwards will definitely put you at risk.

I took my son in today because his ear was swollen and his normal doctors office was closed and I was thinking he had an ear infection, he gets ear infections alot. I was SO impressed by the E. R.staff. The receptionists were nice, the nurses were nice to my son, the Nurse Practioner there was so patient and friendly with my son (he's 2). My son had to have 2 shots in his legs and the nurse and the tech were so sweet, and the tech even got him a teddy bear when he was done to cheer him up. Seriously amazing service! Thank you Freeman of Neosho for taking such good care of my baby!

Took my husband there went right to a romantic spent 3 days in hospital very friendly and accommodating staff

Horrible service, terrible bed side manner, an doctor didn't take me serious! Will never come here again.
