Dr Frogge's nurse stated that he would not be concerned about my (embedded) kidney stone nor recurrent UTI's so there would be no use making an appointment, but even if they did it would not be for months and months out. The staff is very rude, but I'm sure they're only doing as directed by the upper medical professionals at this office.

COMPLETELY RUDE AND EXPRESSED THE MOST UNWELCOMING ATTITUDES. FROM THE RECEPTIONIST AND NURSES TO THE DOCTOR! TERRIBLE!
