Pros: Service was second to none. Cool Atmosphere too - A bit loud with the arcade, but tolerable. I think our only disappointment was the new menu. The bacon jam burger was pretty decent, just not worth $16 - and with the cold fries it didn't help much. I'll come back in a few months and try again, I'd hate to see a local business go under, and I understand they are working hard to turn things around.

First time here and apparently they're now called Freestyle Brew Co. Their craft brews were excellent, the sausage sandwich was very flavorful, and the airy thin crust on the Seoul steak pizza was delicious and we could've shared the one pie. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and our food came out quickly. We went in the late afternoon/early evening and it wasn't too busy, but I hope it gets much busier because this is the type of place I'd like to stick around! The vibe is casual but nice, and artsy without being pretentious. The playlist was made up of the deeper cuts of 90s alternative and college rock. The place reminds me of what Schlafly Bottleworks in Maplewood used to be like. Several families with kids in there, and some games for all, which is great to see. I can't wait until spring to sit on their very nice patio.

This is the jewel in the crown of eureka. Terrific place. Fabulous people and the beer! Oh, the beer! Bring the family. Incredibly kid friendly. Games for the kiddos and good food. Big screens everywhere. Open, airy with perfect lighting. Outdoor seating and fire pits. This is “Cheers” Missouri style with so many beers to choose from, you’ll be spoiled with choices. Local owners. Local beer. This is where Americans should be. BTW, I’ve heard they are a great place to work as well. Check ‘em out.

Would say 3.5 stars maybe. I guess under new name and new management. Shocked when we came for what we had before and menu is completely different. More of a pub style menu now. Still great atmosphere. Waitress we had as slow and not attentive but appeared the tables around us with other servers had great experience. We ordered the pizza as is, I imagine if you ordered it well done it would have a great crisp.

DONT EXPECT the same as melvins.

Loved this place before, I hope what’s going on is temporary.the menu isn’t even 1/4 what it used to be, all of the good things are gone. A lot of focus on the pizza and I’m not sure how. A small, I mean small pizza was $18. Tasted like gas station pizza, the salad dressing only tasted like pickles. All of the tvs but 1 was stuck in an idle screen, no entertainment, the music was shut off it had no ambience, plus several of the “enterrainment” games were broken. I sure am going to miss what Melvin’s had going on. Even good beer can’t make up for bad food in this case

I remember this place being really good, but it was not that today. Food came out room temp, fries were rock hard, fried rice was just okay, and food took a good while to come out. I hope this was a fluke, because as of now I don’t think we’ll be back.

Melvins Hefeweizen and blueberry lavender cider are amazing, as were their past brews we’ve had. Great atmosphere here. Thai poutine was our go to, unsure if it will come back on the menu. Sliders are ok and better than the burger.

We used our beerpass, and enjoyed our meal. It was crowded, so pretty loud, but we'd like to return during the week.

Me my wife and mother-in-law went to melvins last week. Wife wanted to buy a tasting glass because they didn't have any pints with their logo. The server wouldn't sell it to us because she said they didn't have alot left and they were changing their name in January. Mother-in-law told her we was from Illinois. The server told her that everybody says that, not saying your lying, but still bot selling you a glass. First I was thinking if tour changing names what would it hurt to sell is a glass for a souvenir. I went back yp to get another round and decided to tell her why my wife really wanted the glass. Last July around this time her brother, my mother-in-law son was killed in a boating accident, and his name was melvin. That was why she wanted the glass. The bartender just stated oh know your making me feel bad, still can't sell tou a glass. I have a ton of growlers, but I went ahead and bought a empty growler only because wife was wanting the logo with her brothers name. The beer was good and all of the games.

I would like to put a complaint in about your cook we had come there for dinner and our waitress was outstanding we all order hamburgers and order them different ways mine was suppose to be medium rare and my come out over well done I sent back and the cook start yelling that I did not now what I was talking about and he refused to make another using bad language it was really unprofessional I really looked forward in coming with my friends date was last night around 7 pm drove 40 minutes to get there and had this happen. July 22/2023 I hope this get address.

We went here for the first time the other night. Service was just okay, I think it was a fluke tho, food was typical of a brewery except they had a few Asian-Thai dishes so that was cool. We didn't however try any Asian food because we mostly came for the beer. They have quite a few beers for $5.the Terp is my new favorite. It was a IPA-sour vibes with lots of fruit flavor like pineapple, guava, passion fruit and coconut I can't wait to go back and great great economically price draft beer!

Super delicious food with a great beer selection! Worth the drive if you’re from the STL. Servers are super knowledgeable about beer selection and are happy to assist with what pairs well with their meals! 10/10 will definitely be back.

Was extremely saddened when I was told they were discontinuing there curry we come once a month and the quality of there curry is soo amazing fresh vegetables and tons of variety of proteins to add and goes so well with beer due to this I will not be back…s

They accommodated our 11 person party with a reservation. We enjoyed delicious beer and very good food including onion rings, fish tacos, mac & cheese, and burgers
