The agent Ms Vanessa I spoke with is very helpful and knowledgeable about what type of insurance I inquired about and finding the best rate that met my budget and information on other benefits of my policy. Most of all very courteous and patient to speak with she rate a 10+.

When she did she let me know that because her computer glitched she had to do my claim all over. Had to go with another company because I had already paid.
