Every day, there is a different lunch menu. Highly recommend this place. The salmon bowls are fantastic.

Want some comfort food on campus? Fresh gatherings is the place to go. Being homesick sucks, and the campus cafeteria can only do so much. Fresh gatherings offers food grown fresh and yummy. They always have something new and delicious each week which makes it always exciting to eat there! Great place to go in SLU!

One of the best places for a quick lunch on campus with options for everyone! From gluten free to vegan. There are so little gluten free options in stl and this place is one of the best!

This place is so fire. Coffee is always so good and so is the food. There’s so much flavor in all the meals and always satisfy.

Great place to grab lunch or a quick snack before class! The staff is very friendly and the menu always keeps things interesting. The lunch options are hit and miss sometimes but the pastries and matcha lattes are my favorite.

I’ve been coming to Fresh Gatherings ever since I was a freshman in college! It’s always been a go-to spot for my friends and I before class, to catch up with each other, or to study! Fresh is honestly my favorite spot to grab coffee, breakfast burritos, and trying out different types of food! It’s also always exciting to see their weekly specials because it gives me something to look forward to <3 The workers are great and the different options for food (gf/vegan) are so convenient for people with different tastes. Fresh has been one of my favorite spots in college and I’ll definitely be here as much as I can before i graduate:)

I’ve had so much love for fresh gatherings since my freshman year! Their coffee bar and iced dirty chai lattes are frequently a lifesaver for me on long days, and their rotating lunch specials are a great way to try new dishes and their takes on classics (with veggie and vegan options available too)! By far my favorite spot to grab food on campus and i’m so grateful that it’s a south campus staple! ️

Fresh gatherings is by far one of my favorite place to eat in Saint Louis. The food is fresh and delicious, they are super accommodating with dietary restrictions, the drinks are amazing, and it’s fun having daily specials! I could not recommend FG more.

Fresh has such a special place in my heart. Their espresso is always delicious and their produce is super fresh and consistent. Bonus points for the all one direction playlist they had when I visited last. I would gladly spend all my flex here.
