They should change the name to Amateur Tire. They installed a lower ball joint on my F150 but failed to tighten the nut on it, failed to install the vacumm lines at hub & failed to tell me that the wheel bearing was so far gone the wheel is about to fall off. But still charged me for a wheel alignment? I even went back & told them i didnt think the nut was tight. Counter guy assured me it was tight.
I wouldn't let these shade tree mechanis change a spark plug in my lawn mower.

I always buy my tires here. In the past year, I've been there 3 times. Twice for flat tires due to running over sharp objects, and once for a noise caused by something plastic that was broken. They didn't charge a dime. They are fast, friendly, and offer great service.

I took my car in for an inspection and they only took like 20 minutes it was really cool if you need that service you need to go there.

People were friendly and helpful. My tire stem was defective, and they fixed it for free! Can't ask for better than that. Ill definitely buy my next tire set here.

I had them patch a tire, a couple days later it leaked again, so i went to get it patched again. Well, today, i had that tire replaced. Theres two patches on there. Not only was i lied to about the tire being repatched, but they misssd the hole. Which is why i had to replace the tire. Im honestly wondering if that guy was drunk when he messed with my car, he couldn't even walk straight.

I was stranded off of Hwy 60 between Monett and Granby. I was heading back to Lincoln, Nebraska. We got a tow from Thomas Towing. Matt, the tow driver, called and was on his way to us. I asked if he knew of any service stations that could work on my SUV. He said he would give Friendly Auto repair a call and see if Danny was still at work. This was 6 pm. Danny told him what was happening with the SUV and he told him to bring it on in. Danny not only fixed the problem but we were back on the road that night! And didn’t overcharge me like the Cassville repair shop that didn’t fix the problem! Thank you so much Danny! Will recommend you to everyone!

Anybody that needs to, knows my experience here. A lot of people seem to like these guys. That being said, personally I'd be on foot for a week before id let them give me tire.

Jason is a great person to deal with on tires. Service and prices are better than any in area. Free rotation, free repair. He also has a team that does mechanical work. Ive had some issues with them. Mechanical prices are higher that most.

Took my car in for an alignment, and to have a thermostat installed, had a brand new thermostat, they still charged me 14 dollars for a thermostat, even though I supplied a brand new one, and 175 dollars in labor my car still pulls to the left, and is still overheating! Will never go here again!

This place has been nothing but good to me over the years. Anytime I've bought tires elsewhere I end up going through a bunch of extra hassle. This place shoots straight and has great prices.

Wife was traveling from Arkansas back home (7 hours) and had a flat with our baby in the car near there. Explained the situation to them and they got her in immediately & changed the tire as fast as they could because the weather was getting bad so she could get home. Also her car had a bent wheel (not anything major) & they straightened it out voluntarily. They told her to call when she got there so she didn't have to get out of the vehicle or get the baby out for any reason. They did everything possible to make the situation easier on her. Would highly recommend to anyone that lives there or just passing through there and has a tire issue.

Great service & quick.plenty of good help. Got 2 new tires and 2 rotated to the back. Car rides like a dream!
